Ipsen owns quality with 100% vertically integrated hot zone production. Our Souderton, Pennsylvania, location manufactures graphite and molybdenum hot zones directly from raw materials for new Ipsen vacuum furnaces and retrofit projects—in fact, Ipsen is the largest manufacturer of hot zones in the heat treatment industry. We design our hot zones for easy installation, long-term reliability, outstanding energy efficiency and uniform cooling. Our dedicated team of specialists builds and ships hundreds of hot zones per year to customers, many with mission-critical needs in the aerospace, medical, energy and defense industries.
