Wird Sauerstoff in einen W\u00e4rmebehandlungsprozess eingebracht, kann dies zu einer Verf\u00e4rbung oder Oxidation der Teile sowie zu einer Besch\u00e4digung der hei\u00dfen Zone f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcberwachung des Taupunkts von Prozessgasen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Taupunktsensoren<\/strong> kann eine gro\u00dfe Rolle beim Schutz von \u00d6fen und Teilen vor Wasserdampf spielen, der durch Lecks in den Prozessgassystemen in die Kammern eindringt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taupunktsensoren werden in der Regel in die Leitung eines Prozessgases, wie Argon oder Stickstoff, eingebaut.
