Februar 2025) - Ipsen freut sich, die Bef\u00f6rderung von <strong>Evan Hundley<\/strong> zu <strong>Manager f\u00fcr Nachr\u00fcstungen<\/strong> und die Ernennung von <strong>Lu Chouraki<\/strong> als <strong>Au\u00dfendienstleiter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit sie im Oktober 2023 als Projektmanagerin in der Abteilung f\u00fcr Nachr\u00fcstungen zu Ipsen kam, hat Hundley ihre F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten und ihr Engagement f\u00fcr kontinuierliche Verbesserungen unter Beweis gestellt. Mit einem Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen von der Iowa State University hat sie ihr Fachwissen im Bereich der schlanken Produktion eingesetzt, um Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben, einschlie\u00dflich eines Kaizen-Events zur Optimierung der Abl\u00e4ufe und des ERP-Systems von Ipsen. Hundley hat auch die Rolle des Projektmanagers verbessert, indem sie die Projektorganisation, die Finanzberichterstattung und die abteilungs\u00fcbergreifende Zusammenarbeit verbessert hat. Als Managerin f\u00fcr Nachr\u00fcstungen wird sie das Nachr\u00fcstungs-Team leiten, um die Reaktionszeiten zu verbessern, die Preisgestaltung und die Angebotserstellung zu rationalisieren und ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sungen anzubieten, die die Lebensdauer und die Effizienz der Anlagen verl\u00e4ngern und die langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chouraki kam im Juni 2022 als Manager of Business Development zu Ipsen zur\u00fcck und war ma\u00dfgeblich an der Einf\u00fchrung des HUB-Servicemodells von Ipsen beteiligt, das er auf sechs Regionen in den USA ausdehnte. Er kam 2015 zun\u00e4chst als Field Service Engineer zu Ipsen, bevor er 2018 zum Regional Service Manager bef\u00f6rdert wurde. Seine umfassende Erfahrung im Servicebereich von Ipsen in Kombination mit seinen Branchenkenntnissen qualifizieren ihn in einzigartiger Weise f\u00fcr die Leitung des Au\u00dfendienstteams. Als Field Service Manager wird Chouraki alle Regional Service Manager und Field Service Engineers beaufsichtigen und sich auf die Rationalisierung von Prozessen, die Verbesserung von Reaktionszeiten und die Verbesserung des Kundensupports konzentrieren.
