Welche Temperaturen, Zeiten und Dr\u00fccke werden w\u00e4hrend des Reinigungszyklus verwendet?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Prozesses<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haben sich die Materialien, Legierungen oder Rezepturen in letzter Zeit ge\u00e4ndert?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wurde das Reinigungsverfahren f\u00fcr vorgelagerte Teile, K\u00f6rbe und\/oder Vorrichtungen k\u00fcrzlich ge\u00e4ndert? Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer das Leck ist, desto dunkler wird die gelbe F\u00e4rbung. Ab einem bestimmten Schweregrad des Lecks k\u00f6nnen sich die Teile blau statt gelb f\u00e4rben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-gray-dark-color has-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-9a57be21ac8a1c7db5a1233f0aef9253\"><strong>Blau (von Himmelblau bis Mitternachtsblau):<\/strong><br>Bei der Verwendung von Argon bedeuten blaue Teile zunehmend gr\u00f6\u00dfere Luftlecks, Gaslecks oder atmosph\u00e4rische Vermischung. Bei der Verwendung von Stickstoff weisen blaue Teile auf kleinere Luftlecks hin. Auch hier gilt: Je dunkler die Farbe, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist das Leck. Blau kann auch auf Kupferverunreinigungen hinweisen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-teal-background-color has-background is-content-justification-left is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-f56a869c wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-gray-dark-color has-teal-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-b855bfc9ec07f2b4543d5f069fc0e0c2\"><strong>Gr\u00fcn (von lindgr\u00fcn bis waldgr\u00fcn):<\/strong><br>Gr\u00fcne Teile weisen auf einige potenzielle Probleme hin, darunter:<br>1. Schwarz kann auch auf eine Kohlenstoffverunreinigung im Prozess hinweisen. Dies kann w\u00e4hrend der Partialdruckaufkohlung geschehen oder das Ergebnis von verru\u00dften Teilen sein, die vor der thermischen Verarbeitung nicht vollst\u00e4ndig gereinigt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*Verschmutzungsschichten von weniger als 0,1 \u03bcm sind transparent, und das menschliche Auge kann die Farbe nicht richtig erkennen. Die Kunden k\u00f6nnen die Verf\u00e4rbung anhand der Dicke der Verunreinigungsschicht in der W\u00e4rmekammer oder am Werkst\u00fcck erkennen. Werkzeugst\u00e4hle sind weniger empfindlich und k\u00f6nnen unter einem niedrigen Vakuum w\u00e4rmebehandelt werden.
