Graphitfilz hat bei 1150 \u00b0C einen Wert von 0,14 W\/mK. Daher hat Graphitfilz 0,11 W\/mK weniger als Graphitpappe, oder 44% weniger W\u00e4rmeverlust aufgrund der geringeren W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit.<br><br><em>(W\/mK, oder Watt pro Meter Kelvin, ist die Einheit, die die W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragungsrate durch ein Material misst)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Viele Jahre lang enthielten die Isolierquerschnitte der Ipsen-\u00d6fen h\u00e4ufig sowohl 1-Zoll-Graphitplatten als auch zwei \u00bd-Zoll-Abschnitte aus Graphitfilz zwischen der hei\u00dfen Seite und dem Plenum. Eine d\u00fcnne Schicht aus Graphitfolie sch\u00fctzte die hei\u00dfe Seite. Die Graphitfolie und die Platte bildeten zusammen eine starre Schicht, die Sch\u00e4den durch Kleinteile, die beim Be- und Entladen in die hei\u00dfe Zone fallen, verhindern sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie sich einen neuen Ipsen-Vakuumofen ansehen, werden Sie feststellen, dass sich unsere Standards ge\u00e4ndert haben. Die heutigen Ipsen-\u00d6fen werden mit vier \u00bd\"-Graphitfilzschichten hinter einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht aus Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Blech als Hei\u00dfseite angeboten. Bei bestimmten Ipsen-\u00d6fen kann an der vorderen Kante der hei\u00dfen Zone ein Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Kappenschild installiert werden, um Sch\u00e4den durch Winderosion zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofenbetreibern, die nach einer neuen Heizzone suchen, wird h\u00e4ufig empfohlen, auf ein Isolierpaket f\u00fcr die gesamte Heizzone mit Filz umzusteigen, obwohl auf Wunsch des Kunden auch eine Heizzone aus Platten und Filz angeboten werden kann. Viele Anwender haben gefragt - warum der Wechsel?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Argument f\u00fcr die Ganzfilzd\u00e4mmung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung funktioniert am besten, wenn sie weniger dicht ist - D\u00e4mmstoffe mit geringerer Dichte begrenzen die \u00dcbertragung von W\u00e4rmeenergie effektiver als Materialien mit h\u00f6herer Dichte. Obwohl Graphitplatten so konzipiert sind, dass sie por\u00f6s sind, wird durch die gr\u00f6\u00dferen L\u00fccken im gewebeartigen Material des Graphitfilzes die \u00dcbertragung von W\u00e4rmeenergie durch Leitung deutlich verringert. Auf diese Weise l\u00e4sst der Filz weniger W\u00e4rmestrom in das Plenum und die kalte Wand der Kammer gelangen und sch\u00fctzt beide effektiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und der Unterschied ist signifikant. Bei einem Vergleich zwischen einer Kombination aus Pappe und Filz und einer reinen Filzl\u00f6sung haben unsere Ingenieure festgestellt, dass es ungef\u00e4hr einen <strong>10% Gesamtanstieg des W\u00e4rmeverlusts bei einer 1\"-Filz- und 1\"-Plattenisolierung<\/strong> im Vergleich zu einem \u00e4hnlichen Aufbau mit ausschlie\u00dflich 2\" Graphitfilz.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-7e20016ec149850248d6fbfbbfb6eb9c\">Der Gesamtunterschied von 10% beim W\u00e4rmeverlust bezieht sich auf die Verringerung des Gesamtw\u00e4rmeverlustes durch die gesamte hei\u00dfe Zone. Die 44% W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmungsverbesserung, die eine Vollfilzd\u00e4mmung bietet, macht einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied beim W\u00e4rmeverlust, sagt aber nicht alles aus.<br><br>W\u00e4rmeverluste werden durch zwei Faktoren verursacht: 1) W\u00e4rmeleitung durch die Isolierung und 2) W\u00e4rmeleitung entlang von Durchdringungen (Elementaufh\u00e4ngungen, K\u00fchlstutzen, Herdpfosten) durch die Isolierung. Grob gesch\u00e4tzt macht der W\u00e4rmeverlust durch die Isolierung etwa 60% des gesamten W\u00e4rmeverlustes aus, und der W\u00e4rmeverlust entlang der Durchf\u00fchrungen macht die anderen 40% aus.<br><br>Bedenken Sie auch, dass die neue Norm nur 1\" Plattenisolierung durch Filz in beliebiger Dicke ersetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Graphitfilz hat au\u00dferdem eine ausreichende Elastizit\u00e4t, um der thermischen Ausdehnung standzuhalten, und er hat sich als pflegeleichter erwiesen. Der Austausch von Filz kann so einfach sein wie das Entfernen der Kohlefaser-Heizfl\u00e4che, das Ausschneiden des besch\u00e4digten Filzes mit einer Schere oder einem Teppichmesser und das Ersetzen des Abschnitts durch ein neues, auf die richtige Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zugeschnittenes St\u00fcck Filz. Au\u00dferdem ist es einfacher, den Filz um Befestigungspunkte und D\u00fcsen herum zu man\u00f6vrieren. Ein handgehaltenes Schneidewerkzeug erm\u00f6glicht pr\u00e4zise Schnitte um die Eintrittsstellen w\u00e4hrend der Installation. Eine Rolle Graphitfilz, die auf Vorrat gehalten wird, kann f\u00fcr Notreparaturen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die thermische Ausdehnung und Kontraktion kann gelegentlich dazu f\u00fchren, dass Graphitplatten in bestimmten Bereichen Risse aufweisen. Mit der Zeit k\u00f6nnen diese Risse so gro\u00df werden, dass die Platte ersetzt werden muss. Da Graphitkarton ein steiferes, dichteres Material ist, muss er sorgf\u00e4ltig bearbeitet werden, damit er zu dem Teil passt, das er ersetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gewebten Fasern in der Carbon-Carbon-Platte machen sie viel rei\u00dffester und spr\u00f6der als Folie, w\u00e4hrend die Komprimierbarkeit des Filzes den Sto\u00df fallender Teile besser abfedert und zur\u00fcckfedert. Die Bretter sind auch anf\u00e4lliger f\u00fcr Winderosion in den Rissen und L\u00f6chern, was sich negativ auf die Langlebigkeit des Brettes auswirkt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
