Resources<\/strong> and named her to the company\u2019s <strong>Executive Leadership Team<\/strong>, recognizing her contributions to strengthening the organization\u2019s workforce initiatives and company culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nieuwenhuis joined Ipsen in April 2021 as HR &amp; Benefits Manager and was promoted to HR Manager in August 2024. In her new role, she will lead Ipsen\u2019s HR strategy and oversee key areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. As a member of the executive leadership team, she will work closely with company leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLydia has made a meaningful impact on our organization through her thoughtful leadership and commitment to our employees,\u201d said Geoffrey Somary, CEO of Ipsen Inc. \u201cHer experience and perspective will be invaluable as we continue building a strong culture and supporting the long-term success of our team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nieuwenhuis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin\u2013Whitewater. She also holds SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications and has completed the PLX leadership program through The Management Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipsen USA looks forward to Nieuwenhuis\u2019 continued leadership as the company advances its people-focused programs and strengthens its organizational
