Aufrechterhaltung der Temperaturgleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben einem tiefen Vakuum sind auch eine pr\u00e4zise Temperaturkontrolle und -gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit f\u00fcr ein erfolgreiches L\u00f6ten erforderlich. Eine akzeptable Temperaturgleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit w\u00e4hrend eines Hartl\u00f6tzyklus liegt bei \u00b15 \u00b0F (3 \u00b0C) des Sollwerts. Beim Aluminiuml\u00f6ten gibt es ein sehr enges Fenster akzeptabler L\u00f6ttemperaturen, da sich das Zusatzmetall verfl\u00fcssigen muss, bevor das Grundmetall seine Solidustemperatur erreicht. Dieser Temperaturunterschied kann bis zu \u00b110-18 \u00b0F (6-10 \u00b0C) betragen.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daher ist es notwendig, einen Aufheizschritt mit einer Eintauchtemperatur knapp unter dem Soliduspunkt des Lotes durchzuf\u00fchren, um sicherzustellen, dass alle zu l\u00f6tenden Teile und Verbindungen die richtige Temperatur etwa zur gleichen Zeit erreichen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sollte die Rampe auf die L\u00f6ttemperatur beginnen, damit das Lot zu schmelzen beginnt und eine Kapillarbenetzung der L\u00f6tstellen stattfindet.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zeitdauer bei L\u00f6ttemperatur muss so kurz wie m\u00f6glich gehalten werden, da das geschmolzene Lot in dem tiefen Vakuum verdampft und versucht, die L\u00f6tstellen zu benetzen.
