Cherry Valley, ILLINOIS<\/strong> (12. Mai 2020) - Ipsen freut sich, die Einstellung von Janet Nanni, PHR, SHRM-CP, als neue Leiterin der Personalabteilung bekannt zu geben. Nanni hat diese Aufgabe nach dem R\u00fccktritt der langj\u00e4hrigen Ipsen-Personalleiterin Nancy Kolar am 6. Mai \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nanni ist f\u00fcr die Verwaltung aller Personal- und Humanressourcenprogramme von Ipsen USA zust\u00e4ndig, zu denen Standorte in Illinois und Pennsylvania geh\u00f6ren. Bevor sie zu Ipsen kam, war Nanni Personaldirektorin bei Zenith Cutter in Rockford und verantwortlich f\u00fcr globale Personalinitiativen in zwei L\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nanni verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als zwanzig Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen in den Bereichen industrielle Fertigung und technische Dienstleistungen. Sie erwarb einen Bachelor of Business Administration mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen an der University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Au\u00dferdem ist sie ein von der Society of Human Resources Management zertifizierter Profi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
