Ob Sie betroffen sind, k\u00f6nnen Sie auf Ihrer Gasrechnung erkennen bzw. von Ihrem Gasversorger erfahren. Wenn Sie betroffen sind, wird Ihr Gasnetzbetreiber rechtzeitig auf Sie zukommen, Ihre Ger\u00e4te erfassen und die Organisation der Umstellung besprechen. Als Gewerbe- und Industriekunden k\u00f6nnen sich zudem auch vom Anlagenhersteller oder von nach DVGW G-676 zertifizierten Wartungsunternehmen beraten lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist der Unterschied zwischen L-Gas und H-Gas?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deutschland bezieht Gas aus unterschiedlichen Quellen. Gas aus Norwegen und Russland ist meist H-Gas (High-calorific-gas) mit sehr hohem Gehalt an Methan und anderen Kohlenwasserstoffen. Gas aus den Niederlanden ist meist L-Gas (Low-calorific-gas) mit niedrigeren Kohlenwassersgehalten, da etwa 10 % Stickstoff enthalten sind. Das hei\u00dft, nach der Umstellung ben\u00f6tigen Sie weniger Gas f\u00fcr denselben Brennwert und daher m\u00fcssen die Durchflussmengen f\u00fcr Gas und Luft angepasst werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum muss umgestellt werden?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L-Gas steht kurz bis mittelfristig nicht mehr zur Verf\u00fcgung, da die Entnahme aus dem Groninger Erdgasfeld voraussichtlich Mitte 2022 beendet wird. Urspr\u00fcnglich war eine l\u00e4ngere Nutzung des Erdgasfeldes geplant, aber eine massive Zunahme von Erdbeben (Bergschl\u00e4gen) hat die Niederlande dazu bewogen, die Entnahme fr\u00fcher zu beenden. Die Niederlande werden ihren Lieferverpflichtungen nachkommen, und liefern daher im \u00dcbergangszeitraum \"Pseudo-L-Gas\". \"Pseudo-L-Gas\" wird durch die Beimischung von Stickstoff zu H-Gas in Konvertierungsanlagen erzeugt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was bedeutet dies f\u00fcr Ihre W\u00e4rmebehandlungsanlage?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie Eingangs beschrieben wird Ihr Gasnetzbetreiber rechtzeitig auf Sie zukommen und Ihre Gasverbraucher erfassen und die Umstellung besprechen. Folgende Gasverbraucher bei W\u00e4rmebehandlungsanlagen m\u00fcssen auf die neue Gasqualit\u00e4t umgestellt werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heizungsbrenner (z. B. Ipsen Recon-Brenner)<\/li><li>Endogas-Generatoren<\/li><li>\"Endexo\" -Retorten<\/li><li>Sicherheitseinrichtungen \u201eFlammenschleier, Pilot- und Ringbrenner<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4hnlich wie bei der regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Wartung wird bei den Brennern und Generatoren das geeignete Gas-Luft-Gemisch eingestellt und das Abgas bzw. Prozessgas \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Weiterhin m\u00fcssen die Pilot- und Ringbrenner sowie Flammenschleier auf die richtige Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ob und welche Komponenten durch getauscht werden m\u00fcssen, oder ob die Umstellung nur durch andere Einstellwerte erreicht werden kann muss im jeweiligen Einzelfall gepr\u00fcft werden und h\u00e4ngt auch vom Wartungszustand der Anlage ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kostenverteilung und Erstattung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Erdgasumstellung ist mit einem nicht unerheblichen Aufwand und damit auch mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Der Gesetzgeber hat jedoch sichergestellt, dass die von der Umstellung betroffenen Gaskunden mit anpassbaren gastechnischen Ger\u00e4ten von den unmittelbar entstehenden Kosten entlastet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kosten, die mit der Umstellung der anpassbaren gastechnischen Ger\u00e4te von L auf H-Gas verbunden sind, \u00fcbernimmt gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 19a des Energiewirtschaftsgesetzes (EnWG) zun\u00e4chst der jeweilige Netzbetreiber. In einem zweiten Schritt werden diese bundesweit \u00fcber alle Gaskunden umgelegt.
