Bei bestehenden Mehrzweckkammer\u00f6fen r\u00fccken angesichts der aktuellen Energie- und Klimaproblematik die Wandverluste im Heizkammerbereich in den Fokus. Ipsen hat genauer hingeschaut. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In die Isolierung bestehender Mehrzweckkammer\u00f6fen zu investieren, lohnt in vielfacher Hinsicht: Energieverbrauch und damit auch Umweltbelastung sinken, gleichzeitig kann der Umbau die Wartung erleichtern und zu weiteren positiven Effekten f\u00fchren. In den meisten F\u00e4llen rentieren sich die Ma\u00dfnahmen schon innerhalb weniger Jahre, insbesondere, wenn sie durch das Bundesamt f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da bei bestehenden \u00d6fen \u2013 anders als bei Neuanlagen \u2013 die Isolierungsdicke nicht beeinflusst werden kann, braucht es besondere Werkstoffe, um eine tats\u00e4chlich hocheffiziente Isolierung zu erreichen. Besonders geeignet sind hier mikropor\u00f6se D\u00e4mmstoffe zur Hinterisolierung, die mit extrem guten W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmeigenschaften \u00fcberzeugen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Ansatzpunkt sind die unvermeidlichen W\u00e4rmebr\u00fccken. Basierend auf einer thermografischen Analyse lassen sich schon mit einfachen Ma\u00dfnahmen erstaunliche Erfolge erzielen. Aber auch komplette Umbauten sind angesichts der aktuellen Lage kein Tabu \u2013 eine entsprechende Beratung zeigt, welche Ma\u00dfnahmen im Einzelfall am sinnvollsten sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beispiel: Austausch der Vordert\u00fcr eines Mehrzweckkammerofens<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um den Energieverbrauch zu senken, die Wartung zu erleichtern und das T\u00fcrsystem generell dichter zu machen, wurde in diesem Fall die Vordert\u00fcr eines bestehenden Mehrzweckkammerofens gegen das neueste T\u00fcrmodell ausgetauscht.
