Aber auch die hier eingesetzten Elektromotoren verbrauchen oft (zu) viel Strom. W\u00e4hrend in Neuanlagen moderne, energieeffiziente Motoren genutzt werden, die h\u00e4ufig schon \u00fcber eine Frequenzregelung (SmartDrive) verf\u00fcgen, kann bei bestehenden Anlagen ein Motorentausch viel bewirken. Ipsen erl\u00e4utert die Vorteile von SmartDrive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klassische Elektromotoren, die im Bereich der W\u00e4rmebehandlung zum Einsatz kommen, sind h\u00e4ufig so ausgelegt, dass man sie bei jeder Temperatur starten kann. So l\u00e4uft etwa der Prozessgasumw\u00e4lzer in der Ofenheizkammer gern bereits bei Raumtemperatur an. Sobald die Arbeitstemperatur von beispielsweise 800\u00b0 C erreicht ist, ben\u00f6tigt der Motor dann nur einen Bruchteil seiner Leistung. Das SmartDrive-Prinzip macht Schluss mit dieser wenig effizienten \u00dcberdimensionierung: Dank automatischer, auf die Gasdichte abgestimmter Drehzahlregulierung k\u00f6nnen nun kleinere Motoren eingesetzt werden, deren Betrieb \u2013 und auch Herstellung \u2013 deutlich weniger Energie verbraucht. Damit ist SmartDrive eine kosteng\u00fcnstigere Alternative zu den bekannten Dahlander-Motoren, die sich durch ihre zwei Drehzahlen auszeichnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Von praktischen Kontrollfunktionen und zus\u00e4tzlichen Sparm\u00f6glichkeiten profitieren<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich bieten moderne Frequenzumrichter praktische Kontrollfunktionen. So l\u00e4sst sich beispielsweise \u00fcber die Leistungsaufnahme pr\u00fcfen, ob der Motor im erwartungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Leistungsband l\u00e4uft. Und das Starten des Motors erfolgt dank Frequenzumrichter bei reduziertem Energieverbrauch und einer geringeren mechanischen Belastung, was wiederum die Standzeit erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben diesen Vorteilen er\u00f6ffnet SmartDrive weitere kleine Einsparoptionen, die sich bei konsequenter Umsetzung summieren: So ist beispielsweise das rollierende Abschalten einzelner \u00d6lumw\u00e4lzer oder die Reduzierung der Drehzahl auf das erforderliche Minimum im Standby-Betrieb der Anlage m\u00f6glich, ohne dass dauerhaft unbewegten Zonen entstehen.  Bei aktiver Beheizung des \u00d6lbads werden alle \u00d6lumw\u00e4lzer nat\u00fcrlich wieder aktiviert, so dass die Heizst\u00e4be stets gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig umflossen werden,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Vorteile von SmartDrive auf einen Blick:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kostenersparnis dank geringerem Stromverbrauch im Betrieb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kleinerer CO<sub>2<\/sub> Fu\u00dfabdruck bei der Motorenherstellung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Standzeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus an Nachhaltigkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mit neuen Motoren in die Zukunft investieren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Austausch bestehender Motoren ist eine echte Investition in die Zukunft. Wie die Grafik zeigt, machen die Anschaffungskosten bei Elektromotoren nur einen Bruchteil der Kosten aus, die im gesamten Lebenszyklus entstehen. Schon durch kleine Verbesserungen im Wirkungsgrad lassen sich deutliche Einsparungen erzielen.
