Mai 2023) - Um mit dem Gesch\u00e4ftswachstum Schritt zu halten, hat Ipsen USA im vergangenen Jahr mehr als 50 neue Mitarbeiter eingestellt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt weiterhin auf dem Kundenservice. Zu den Einstellungsinitiativen geh\u00f6ren die Erweiterung der Ersatzteilabteilung und die Aufstockung der Zahl der Au\u00dfendienstmitarbeiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den verst\u00e4rkten Rekrutierungsbem\u00fchungen hat Ipsen auch interne Schulungs- und F\u00f6rderungsprogramme eingef\u00fchrt, die sich auf die Mitarbeiterbindung und die Entwicklung von F\u00fchrungsrollen konzentrieren. Bislang haben sechs Mitarbeiter das PLX-Zertifikat (Principles of Leadership Excellence) von MRA, einem der gr\u00f6\u00dften Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde des Landes, erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Ich bin sehr dankbar f\u00fcr das Engagement und die Investition unserer Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung in die berufliche Entwicklung\", sagte Lydia Nieuwenhuis, HR and Benefits Manager bei Ipsen, die das Programm im M\u00e4rz abgeschlossen hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das PLX-Programm besteht aus 12 Sitzungen \u00fcber sechs Monate. Ziel ist es, M\u00f6glichkeiten zu bieten, die F\u00e4higkeiten, Verhaltensweisen und Kenntnisse zu erlernen, die f\u00fcr eine effektive und erfolgreiche F\u00fchrung erforderlich sind.
