Auf welche Dinge sollten wir beim Betrieb unserer \u00d6fen achten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie trotz der Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit effizient arbeiten?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Betreuung von Kunden in vielen asiatischen L\u00e4ndern mit tropischem Klima habe ich festgestellt, wie schwierig es ist, Vakuum\u00f6fen bei hohen Temperaturen und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von \u00fcber 90 Prozent zu betreiben. Die j\u00fcngsten Temperaturrekorde machen deutlich, wie schwierig der Betrieb eines Vakuumofens unter diesen Bedingungen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrische Komponenten k\u00f6nnen bei einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von \u00fcber 90 Prozent nicht effektiv arbeiten, was zu einem raschen R\u00fcckgang der Effizienz f\u00fchrt. Bei Temperaturen \u00fcber 40 Grad Celsius (104 Grad Fahrenheit) beispielsweise sinkt der Wirkungsgrad des Frequenzumrichters (VFD) mit jedem zus\u00e4tzlichen Grad Celsius um zwei Prozent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hohe Temperaturen verursachen Ver\u00e4nderungen im Stromfluss, die den Widerstand erh\u00f6hen. Au\u00dferdem verringert \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Feuchtigkeit die Isolierung und den Widerstand des Transformators und oxidiert die elektrischen Leiter. Und der Unterschied zwischen der Temperatur des K\u00fchlwassers und der Umgebungstemperatur bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit kann dazu f\u00fchren, dass der Vakuumbeh\u00e4lter \"schwitzt\", was sich auf das gesamte elektrische System des Ofens und die Leistung der Transformatoren auswirkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier sind neun wichtige Dinge, die Sie tun k\u00f6nnen, um Vakuum\u00f6fen bei hei\u00dfem, schw\u00fclem Wetter zu warten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00fcfen, sichern und markieren Sie alle elektrischen Anschl\u00fcsse.
