Gibt es ein Werkzeug oder System, mit dem ich die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Ofen fernhalten kann, wenn die T\u00fcr ge\u00f6ffnet ist?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist Ihnen schon einmal aufgefallen, dass Sie, wenn Sie einen Supermarkt betreten, einen vertikalen Luftstrom durchqueren, wenn Sie von der hei\u00dfen und feuchten Umgebung in den temperaturgeregelten Innenraum gelangen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es handelt sich dabei um einen gro\u00dfen Ventilator, der oberhalb des T\u00fcrrahmens installiert ist und wie eine zweite T\u00fcr wirkt, um unerw\u00fcnschte Sch\u00e4dlinge, Staub, Hitze und Feuchtigkeit von au\u00dfen fernzuhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit etwas cleverer Technik und ein wenig Stickstoffgas k\u00f6nnen die Ipsen-Ingenieure das Gleiche f\u00fcr Ihren Ofen tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ipsen-Supportteam entwarf und installierte einen Stickstoff-Luftschleier f\u00fcr einen Kunden in Texas, der mit \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Ofenfeuchtigkeit aufgrund der Umgebungsfeuchtigkeit zu k\u00e4mpfen hatte. Wenn die T\u00fcr im Sommer ge\u00f6ffnet wird, schaltet sich der Stickstoffvorhang ein, um den Gro\u00dfteil der unerw\u00fcnschten Au\u00dfenluft in Schach zu halten. In den k\u00fchleren, trockeneren Monaten kann der Kunde den Luftschleier abschalten, um den Stickstoffverbrauch zu senken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kunde hat festgestellt, dass sein Ofen viel l\u00e4nger sauber und trocken bleibt als zuvor, was zu weniger verschrotteten Teilen, weniger Ausfallzeiten und einer l\u00e4ngeren Lebensdauer der hei\u00dfen Zone f\u00fchrt. Und da die Umgebungsluft zu 78 Prozent aus Stickstoff besteht, ist die Verwendung eines Stickstoff-Luftvorhangs umweltfreundlich, nicht reaktiv und ungiftig.
