Incluso en un d\u00eda fr\u00edo y seco de invierno en el norte de Illinois, hay vapor de agua en el aire. Cuando controlamos gases de proceso como el arg\u00f3n, normalmente buscamos puntos de roc\u00edo entre -60\u00b0 F y -100\u00b0 F\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las altas temperaturas y las bajas presiones en el interior de un <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/vacuum-furnaces\/\">horno de vac\u00edo<\/a> puede romper las mol\u00e9culas de agua en sus elementos componentes: hidr\u00f3geno y ox\u00edgeno. Si se introduce ox\u00edgeno en un proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, puede provocar la decoloraci\u00f3n u oxidaci\u00f3n de las piezas, as\u00ed como da\u00f1os en la zona caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Control del punto de roc\u00edo de los gases de proceso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sensores de punto de roc\u00edo<\/strong> pueden desempe\u00f1ar un papel importante en la protecci\u00f3n de hornos y piezas frente a la entrada de vapor de agua en la c\u00e1mara a trav\u00e9s de fugas en los sistemas de gas de proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los sensores de punto de roc\u00edo suelen instalarse en l\u00ednea con un gas de proceso, como arg\u00f3n o nitr\u00f3geno. El sensor comprueba la presencia y concentraci\u00f3n de vapor de agua en el flujo justo antes de que el gas de proceso entre en la c\u00e1mara de vac\u00edo. El sensor est\u00e1 conectado a un higr\u00f3metro con pantalla digital que puede proporcionar salidas de alarma anal\u00f3gicas, digitales y de doble rel\u00e9. Los sensores de punto de roc\u00edo pueden proporcionar informaci\u00f3n precisa siempre que el gas est\u00e9 fluyendo, ya sea a alta presi\u00f3n o a un goteo lento. Los sensores pueden configurarse para proporcionar una lectura para inspecci\u00f3n manual o con seguimiento activo mediante una integraci\u00f3n con el PLC y el software de control del horno, de modo que puedan registrarse tendencias y generarse alertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Cuando se trata de nuestros clientes del sector aeroespacial, muchas de sus recetas especifican que determinados gases de proceso y de temple deben ser muy puros. Cuando piden gases de proceso como el arg\u00f3n, cuanto m\u00e1s seco es el gas, mayor es el coste\", explica Brad Stewart, jefe de ingenier\u00eda de software y controles. \"Los clientes del sector aeroespacial saben que, cuando utilizan arg\u00f3n para sus recetas de procesamiento t\u00e9rmico, tienen que cumplir normas espec\u00edficas de punto de roc\u00edo\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Los proveedores de gas industrial pueden ofrecer productos con una pureza que va desde 99% hasta 99,995%, pero la conexi\u00f3n de grandes dep\u00f3sitos de gas al aire libre a hornos de vac\u00edo en una planta de producci\u00f3n puede implicar muchos metros de tuber\u00edas. Los sistemas integrados pueden informar y registrar las lecturas del punto de roc\u00edo durante todo el ciclo.
