Un ladrillo de 2300 \u00b0F es menos eficiente y duradero en condiciones de calor extremo que uno de 2600 \u00b0F, pero suele ser m\u00e1s rentable. Los ladrillos de mayor temperatura suelen revestir el interior, mientras que los de menor temperatura proporcionan una capa aislante adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Placas aislantes<\/strong> de silicato c\u00e1lcico forman la barrera t\u00e9rmica entre la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento y los componentes externos. Fabricado a partir de roca volc\u00e1nica, cer\u00e1mica o escoria, permite la expansi\u00f3n y contracci\u00f3n debidas a los cambios de temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-3550189cc2f11bddf749b0500e1297f2 wp-block-paragraph\">Una cosa clave que hay que saber sobre los hornos de atm\u00f3sfera es que casi siempre est\u00e1n \"encendidos\". En un horno de vac\u00edo, las recetas utilizan elementos el\u00e9ctricos que se apagan despu\u00e9s de cada ciclo, y el temple suele producirse dentro de la misma c\u00e1mara. Bloquee la puerta interior delantera abierta 4\u2033 a 5\u2033. En hornos con m\u00e1s de dos puertas interiores, levante las puertas intermedias completamente abiertas.<br>2. Cierre la puerta trasera interior.<br>3. Deje abiertas las puertas exteriores delantera y trasera.<br>4. Ajuste los controles de temperatura entre 250 \u00b0F y 300 \u00b0F y mant\u00e9ngalos a esta temperatura durante 8 horas o toda la noche.<br>5. Calentar el horno lentamente hasta 500 \u00b0F. Si se observa una descarga violenta de vapor a cualquier temperatura, no aumente la temperatura por encima de este ajuste hasta que haya cesado todo el vapor.<br>6. Controle el horno a 500 \u00b0F hasta que se haya detenido todo el vapor.<br>7. Cierre la puerta interior delantera. En hornos con m\u00e1s de dos puertas interiores, cierre tambi\u00e9n la(s) puerta(s) intermedia(s).<br>8. Calentar el horno de 500 \u00b0F a 1200 \u00b0F a un ritmo no superior a 100 \u00b0F por hora.  D\u00e9jelo en remojo durante 8 horas, o toda la noche, a 1200 \u00b0F. El horno ya est\u00e1 listo para funcionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buenas pr\u00e1cticas posteriores a la instalaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La renovaci\u00f3n de un horno es una inversi\u00f3n importante.
