Una fina capa de l\u00e1mina de grafito proteg\u00eda la cara caliente. La l\u00e1mina de grafito y el cart\u00f3n funcionaban conjuntamente como una capa r\u00edgida dise\u00f1ada para resistir los da\u00f1os de las piezas peque\u00f1as que ca\u00edan en la zona caliente durante la carga y descarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si observa un nuevo horno de vac\u00edo Ipsen, se dar\u00e1 cuenta de que nuestros est\u00e1ndares han cambiado. Los hornos Ipsen actuales se ofrecen con cuatro capas de fieltro de grafito de \u00bd\" detr\u00e1s de una fina capa de cara caliente de l\u00e1mina de carbono-carbono. Un escudo de tapa de carbono-carbono puede ser instalado en el borde frontal de la zona caliente para prevenir da\u00f1os por erosi\u00f3n del viento dentro de ciertos hornos Ipsen donde sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo se recomienda a los operadores de hornos que buscan una zona caliente de sustituci\u00f3n que opten por un paquete de aislamiento de zona caliente totalmente de fieltro, aunque a petici\u00f3n del cliente se puede suministrar una zona caliente de cart\u00f3n y fieltro. Muchos usuarios se preguntan: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 hacer el cambio?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Argumentos a favor del aislamiento con fieltro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El aislamiento t\u00e9rmico funciona mejor cuando hay menos densidad: un aislamiento de menor densidad es m\u00e1s eficaz para limitar la transferencia de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica que los materiales de mayor densidad. Aunque el cart\u00f3n de grafito est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ser poroso, los mayores huecos en el material tipo tela del fieltro de grafito disminuyen significativamente la transferencia de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica por conducci\u00f3n. De este modo, el fieltro permite que llegue menos flujo de calor al plenum y a la pared fr\u00eda de la c\u00e1mara, protegiendo a ambos con mayor eficacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y la diferencia es significativa. Al comparar el uso de una combinaci\u00f3n de cart\u00f3n y fieltro con una soluci\u00f3n totalmente de fieltro, nuestros ingenieros han observado que hay aproximadamente un <strong>10% aumento global de la p\u00e9rdida de calor para un aislamiento de 1\" de fieltro m\u00e1s 1\" de cart\u00f3n<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con una configuraci\u00f3n similar que utiliza exclusivamente 2\" de fieltro de grafito.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-7e20016ec149850248d6fbfbbfb6eb9c\">La diferencia global de 10% en p\u00e9rdida de calor se refiere a la reducci\u00f3n de la p\u00e9rdida total de calor a trav\u00e9s de toda la zona caliente. La mejora del aislamiento t\u00e9rmico de 44% que proporciona el aislamiento totalmente de fieltro supone una gran diferencia en la p\u00e9rdida de calor, pero no lo dice todo.<br><br>La p\u00e9rdida de calor se debe a dos causas 1) Conducci\u00f3n de calor a trav\u00e9s del aislamiento y 2) Conducci\u00f3n de calor a lo largo de las penetraciones (colgadores de elementos, boquillas de refrigeraci\u00f3n, postes del hogar) a trav\u00e9s del aislamiento. Aproximadamente, la p\u00e9rdida de calor a trav\u00e9s del aislamiento representa unos 60% de la p\u00e9rdida total de calor, y la p\u00e9rdida de calor a lo largo de las penetraciones representa los 40% restantes.<br><br>Tenga en cuenta tambi\u00e9n que la nueva norma s\u00f3lo sustituye 1\" de aislamiento de cart\u00f3n por fieltro de cualquier grosor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>El fieltro de grafito tambi\u00e9n tiene suficiente elasticidad para soportar la dilataci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica y ha demostrado ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de mantener. Sustituir el fieltro puede ser tan sencillo como retirar la cara caliente de fibra de carbono, recortar el fieltro da\u00f1ado con unas tijeras o un cuchillo de taller y sustituir la secci\u00f3n por un nuevo trozo de fieltro cortado a medida. Adem\u00e1s, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil maniobrar el fieltro alrededor de los puntos de montaje y las boquillas. Una herramienta de corte manual permite realizar cortes precisos alrededor de los puntos de entrada durante la instalaci\u00f3n. Un rollo de fieltro de grafito a mano puede utilizarse para reparaciones de emergencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dilataci\u00f3n y contracci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmicas pueden provocar ocasionalmente que la placa de grafito presente grietas en determinadas secciones. Con el tiempo, esas grietas pueden crecer hasta un punto en el que sea necesario sustituir la placa. Dado que el tablero de grafito es un material m\u00e1s r\u00edgido y denso, es necesario mecanizarlo cuidadosamente para que coincida con la pieza a la que sustituye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las fibras tejidas de la l\u00e1mina de carbono-carbono la hacen mucho m\u00e1s resistente al desgarro y a la fragilidad que el papel de aluminio, mientras que la compresibilidad del fieltro es mejor para absorber el choque de las piezas que caen y volver a saltar. Las tablas tambi\u00e9n son m\u00e1s susceptibles a la erosi\u00f3n del viento en las grietas y agujeros, lo que tiene un efecto adverso en la longevidad de la tabla.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
