Cuando el agua y el aceite se mezclan en una bomba, peque\u00f1as burbujas de agua suspendidas en el aceite pueden crear una espuma por la agitaci\u00f3n. Cuando esto ocurre, el aspecto del aceite puede compararse con el del caf\u00e9 al que se ha a\u00f1adido leche o crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua puede reducir la viscosidad del aceite, provocando un mayor desgaste e introduciendo la posibilidad de oxidaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n se indican algunas cuestiones comunes que puede comprobar para resolver el problema o encontrar pruebas de d\u00f3nde puede haberse producido la infiltraci\u00f3n de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un horno relativamente nuevo, o recientemente trasladado, si una zona caliente estuvo expuesta al agua o a una humedad excesiva durante el tr\u00e1nsito, eso puede causar una elevaci\u00f3n temporal de la infiltraci\u00f3n de agua en el aceite de la bomba. Un cambio de aceite seguido de un ciclo de quemado puede resolver a menudo este problema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si no ha realizado un cambio de aceite en m\u00e1s de seis meses, probablemente ha llegado el momento de sustituir el aceite. El manual del propietario de cada horno contiene recomendaciones para el mantenimiento regular, y los cambios peri\u00f3dicos de aceite de sus bombas est\u00e1n incluidos en esas recomendaciones. Revise su manual y aseg\u00farese de seguir las instrucciones para los cambios regulares de aceite como parte de su programa de mantenimiento. Una vez que haya sustituido el aceite, aseg\u00farese de controlar la calidad del aceite diariamente durante la semana siguiente, y despu\u00e9s dos veces por semana durante el primer mes para ver si hay m\u00e1s signos de infiltraci\u00f3n de agua.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque estos dos primeros pasos suelen resolver los problemas m\u00e1s comunes, si sigue observando signos de agua en el aceite despu\u00e9s de un cambio de aceite, los siguientes pasos pueden ayudarle a identificar d\u00f3nde se est\u00e1n produciendo los problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfSe encuentra la bomba o el horno en un entorno de temperatura controlada? Una bomba a la que se le permite congelarse en alg\u00fan momento puede experimentar una contracci\u00f3n o expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica que puede agrietar la fundici\u00f3n de la bomba. Realizar una prueba de presi\u00f3n en los circuitos de agua puede ayudarle a descubrir este tipo de fugas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ocasionalmente, en bombas muy antiguas, puede haber habido procesos de fundici\u00f3n en arena menos eficaces que los utilizados en aquella \u00e9poca. En esos casos, problemas de fundici\u00f3n como grietas pueden aparecer a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s. Si tiene un horno con bombas antiguas, aunque est\u00e9 en una zona de ambiente controlado, compruebe si hay grietas en la fundici\u00f3n interior de la bomba haciendo una prueba de presi\u00f3n en los circuitos de agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muchas bombas se ventilan fuera del edificio. Estos conductos de ventilaci\u00f3n deben protegerse con una tapa contra la lluvia. Si falta la tapa o est\u00e1 rota, el agua puede introducirse en los conductos de ventilaci\u00f3n y volver a la bomba cuando llueva. Aseg\u00farese de inspeccionar todos los lugares donde las tuber\u00edas de ventilaci\u00f3n interact\u00faan con el medio ambiente para asegurarse de que los tapones est\u00e1n intactos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las l\u00edneas de purga de ciertas bombas son necesarias para procesos que utilizan gas combustible. En ocasiones, alguien puede haber conectado por error el agua al puerto incorrecto. Inspeccione las l\u00edneas de purga y las conexiones de agua para confirmar que todo est\u00e1 en su sitio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si tiene una zona caliente de carb\u00f3n que interact\u00faa peri\u00f3dicamente con un entorno de alta humedad, o si hay indicios de una fuga de agua de refrigeraci\u00f3n en el interior del horno, el fieltro aislante puede absorber agua como una esponja. Inspeccione el fieltro en busca de humedad y, si hay una cantidad significativa a lo largo de la parte inferior del horno, busque niveles bajos de agua en el sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puede haber un problema con la v\u00e1lvula reguladora de la temperatura del agua. En caso de que la v\u00e1lvula no est\u00e9 correctamente ajustada (entre 140 \u00b0F y 160 \u00b0F), o cuando la v\u00e1lvula est\u00e9 defectuosa, la bomba puede estar recogiendo vapor de agua, en lugar de descargarlo. Compruebe los ajustes y, si es necesario, inspeccione y pruebe la v\u00e1lvula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si todav\u00eda sospecha que puede haber una fuga de agua en el horno en alguna parte, aqu\u00ed hay una prueba r\u00e1pida del sistema que puede ejecutar: drene la bomba, ll\u00e9nela con aceite nuevo, luego haga funcionar la bomba, pero NO bombee hacia abajo el horno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una vez que haya realizado esta prueba podr\u00e1 responder a esta pregunta: \u00bfHay indicios de que el aceite nuevo tiene contenido de agua?&nbsp;<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En caso afirmativo<\/strong>, hay una fuga de agua en la bomba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En caso negativo<\/strong>Hay un problema con el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos son algunos de los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s comunes que los operadores utilizan para descubrir el origen del agua en el aceite de su bomba.
