Si est\u00e1 desarrollando su proceso para empezar, es una buena idea sobrestimar ligeramente y trabajar sus c\u00e1lculos a la baja.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes que hay que tener en cuenta al calcular la cantidad de aleaci\u00f3n de soldadura fuerte son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El tama\u00f1o del hueco en la junta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tipo de aleaci\u00f3n y su temperatura de fusi\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con el material al que se une.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el proceso se realiza enteramente en bajo vac\u00edo, o en una combinaci\u00f3n de entornos de bajo vac\u00edo y presi\u00f3n parcial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre que se tengan en cuenta estas variables, los c\u00e1lculos se hagan correctamente y el producto final se someta a pruebas de calidad, el <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/vacuum-furnaces\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"3431\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">horno de vac\u00edo<\/a> est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ayudar a los operarios a crear uniones soldadas predecibles y repetibles mediante el control de las temperaturas y los gases de proceso presentes dentro de la c\u00e1mara, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una uniformidad excepcional de la temperatura en toda la c\u00e1mara. Esta repetibilidad le permite seguir reduciendo la cantidad de material de soldadura fuerte y realizar pruebas hasta encontrar la cantidad m\u00ednima viable de material para fabricar piezas repetibles y fiables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es decir, menos es mejor. La acci\u00f3n capilar es un proceso muy eficaz para introducir el material de soldadura en las juntas. En el proceso de soldadura fuerte se quiere utilizar lo justo para realizar el trabajo, y no m\u00e1s. No es s\u00f3lo por el coste del material de desecho, sino tambi\u00e9n porque menos material de soldadura fuerte significa menos problemas de presi\u00f3n de vapor que el horno tendr\u00e1 que superar. Adem\u00e1s, el uso de la m\u00ednima aleaci\u00f3n de soldadura necesaria reduce la escorrent\u00eda y la limpieza de los elementos calefactores de la zona caliente. Esto aumenta la longevidad de la zona caliente y reduce los costes de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soldadura fuerte puede ser un proceso sucio, que deja restos de material de soldadura sobrante que con frecuencia hay que quemar. La gravedad puede afectar al grosor de una uni\u00f3n soldada cuando un lado de la pieza est\u00e1 m\u00e1s alto que otro.<br><br>Si experimenta escurrimientos en un lado de la solera, o si observa una soldadura desigual en un lado de la pieza o de la carga en comparaci\u00f3n con el otro lado, aseg\u00farese de comprobar que la carga est\u00e1 nivelada. Ajuste la solera o el horno seg\u00fan sea necesario y pruebe el siguiente lote para ver si se ha resuelto el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P: Al soldar, he notado que algunas de mis piezas se desplazan en la fijaci\u00f3n. Algunas piezas se doblan, se dilatan y sufren tensiones inesperadas en las uniones. \u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer para evitarlo en el futuro?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R: Es posible que su horno est\u00e9 haciendo el vac\u00edo demasiado r\u00e1pido.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hornos de vac\u00edo pueden reducir muy r\u00e1pidamente la atm\u00f3sfera dentro de la zona caliente. Las piezas del interior de la c\u00e1mara pueden experimentar un r\u00e1pido diferencial de presi\u00f3n, con un flujo de aire comparable al viento de un hurac\u00e1n de categor\u00eda 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no existe un vac\u00edo \u201cdemasiado profundo\u201d, la velocidad a la que se forma el vac\u00edo dentro del horno puede, de hecho, ser demasiado r\u00e1pida para algunas piezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las piezas que tienen huecos cerrados, las piezas con geometr\u00eda compleja o las piezas peque\u00f1as con poca masa pueden experimentar un cambio atmosf\u00e9rico lo suficientemente r\u00e1pido como para desplazarse, expandirse o deformarse si la velocidad a la que se produce la evacuaci\u00f3n inicial del vac\u00edo es demasiado r\u00e1pida.
