Nevadas intensas, tormentas de hielo, heladas inesperadas en climas c\u00e1lidos; cada uno de estos fen\u00f3menos puede causar interrupciones en los servicios o da\u00f1os en los sistemas de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horno de vac\u00edo <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/knowledge-center\/vacuum-furnace-water-cooling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistemas de agua<\/a> no son diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agua suele circular desde un refrigerador exterior, a trav\u00e9s de las tuber\u00edas dentro de su f\u00e1brica, hasta su <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/vacuum-furnaces\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"3431\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">horno de vac\u00edo<\/a>, y luego de vuelta al refrigerador. Si observa una tendencia al aumento de condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas invernales m\u00e1s extremas, utilice esos d\u00edas de bajas temperaturas como gu\u00eda. Las pruebas de equilibrio deben realizarse como m\u00ednimo cada dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistemas de agua de circuito abierto<\/strong> bombea agua a una torre de refrigeraci\u00f3n que la devuelve al sistema por gravedad. Cuando estos sistemas se apagan, toda el agua circulante permanece dentro del edificio. Como resultado, los sistemas de agua de circuito abierto suelen requerir inhibidores de \u00f3xido y moho, pero normalmente no necesitan anticongelante a base de glicol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refract\u00f3metros <\/strong>Se puede utilizar para comprobar los niveles de glicol dentro de sus sistemas. Su \u00fanico uso es evitar la congelaci\u00f3n del refrigerante.<br><br><strong>PROPILENGLICOL (PG)<\/strong><br>Es el l\u00edquido rosa que tenemos actualmente en los radiadores de nuestros coches. Cuesta un 20% m\u00e1s que el EG, influye en la transferencia de calor por su alta viscosidad, puede afectar al rendimiento de las bombas y se necesita en concentraciones ligeramente superiores a las del EG para obtener la misma protecci\u00f3n contra la congelaci\u00f3n. Su atractivo radica en su baja toxicidad. Es corrosivo, por lo que debe utilizarse un paquete inhibidor adecuado para proteger las tuber\u00edas y el equipo. No utilice nunca propilenglicol para proteger contra la corrosi\u00f3n. Su \u00fanico uso es evitar la congelaci\u00f3n del refrigerante.<br><br><strong>NO UTILICE ANTICONGELANTE PARA AUTOM\u00d3VILES.<\/strong>&nbsp;Los refrigerantes para autom\u00f3viles contienen inhibidores a base de aluminio. Esto es esencial para los sistemas en los que incluso una peque\u00f1a cantidad de hielo fundido podr\u00eda provocar un bloqueo o una aver\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Protecci\u00f3n contra r\u00e1fagas <\/strong>es una concentraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja de glicol, suficiente para evitar que las tuber\u00edas revienten o sufran otros da\u00f1os mec\u00e1nicos que podr\u00edan ser causados por la congelaci\u00f3n del agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sus sistemas de agua suelen permanecer encendidos durante todo el invierno, la protecci\u00f3n contra congelaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser el objetivo que debe alcanzar. Especialmente si cuenta con ellos para suministrar agua fr\u00eda a su horno de vac\u00edo durante las operaciones invernales. Otros sistemas que permanecen inactivos durante todo el invierno pueden requerir solo niveles de protecci\u00f3n contra roturas de glicol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerde que, al calcular la cantidad de glicol que necesitar\u00e1 pedir para su sistema, debe tener en cuenta no solo los vol\u00famenes de agua dentro de la caldera y la torre de refrigeraci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n los de las tuber\u00edas que van desde la torre hasta la caldera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con suficiente espacio en el dep\u00f3sito, a\u00f1ada aproximadamente el 80 % del glicol, seg\u00fan sus c\u00e1lculos, al sistema de circulaci\u00f3n.
