Cuando esa uni\u00f3n se expone al calor, genera un peque\u00f1o voltaje, una respuesta conocida como efecto Seebeck. Las categor\u00edas de termopares que se utilizan con m\u00e1s frecuencia aqu\u00ed son: <strong>tipo S, R, <\/strong>o <strong>B<\/strong>. <em>(V\u00e9ase el gr\u00e1fico)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un ejemplo, un cable de platino-rodio se extiende desde el <strong>conector terminal<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de un <strong>Tubo de Inconel<\/strong> en el exterior del horno, y luego a trav\u00e9s de un interior <strong>manguito cer\u00e1mico <\/strong>que surge en el interior del horno. <em>(Ver fotos)<\/em> El termopar se monta fuera del horno, utilizando un acoplamiento que se ajusta en profundidad. Son lo suficientemente sensibles como para medir con una precisi\u00f3n de entre cero y 2 grados Fahrenheit, un rango especificado por los requisitos del proceso y las normas AMS 2750.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada uno de estos termopares tiene una funci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El termopar de control env\u00eda informaci\u00f3n al PLC para que los controles puedan decidir si aumentar la potencia de los elementos y elevar la temperatura, reducir la potencia de los elementos y bajar la temperatura, o mantener el estado actual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los termopares de sobretemperatura act\u00faan como un dispositivo de seguridad del proceso, alertando a los controles del horno si la temperatura dentro del horno excede la temperatura solicitada por la receta. Tambi\u00e9n pueden funcionar como un dispositivo de seguridad de temperatura m\u00e1xima del equipo para evitar da\u00f1os en las piezas y los componentes del horno, incluida la zona caliente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantizar la precisi\u00f3n en todos los procesos, estas dos sondas deben indicar lo mismo. En determinados hornos, la precisi\u00f3n de la sensibilidad de los termopares de control puede permitir que el resultado de un estudio de uniformidad de la temperatura alcance m\u00e1s o menos 5 grados Fahrenheit o m\u00e1s o menos 10 grados Fahrenheit dentro de un \u00e1rea de trabajo espec\u00edfica, en funci\u00f3n del rango de funcionamiento del horno de vac\u00edo y la clase de calificaci\u00f3n AMS. Eso es incre\u00edblemente preciso en sistemas que pueden funcionar entre 1000 y 2500 grados Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que sus puntas cer\u00e1micas entran en la zona caliente donde se cargan y descargan las piezas, es importante tener termopares de repuesto a mano. No es raro que uno de estos termopares se astille o se rompa si un lote no se carga en el horno de forma segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipsen tambi\u00e9n recomienda revisar la deriva de precisi\u00f3n de la temperatura en un termopar al menos una vez al a\u00f1o, sustituyendo el termopar si dicha deriva supera la certificaci\u00f3n del termopar. Se puede realizar una prueba de precisi\u00f3n del sistema para determinar el estado de la deriva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termopares de trabajo y de medici\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los termopares de trabajo y de medici\u00f3n suelen presentarse en forma de bobinas de alambre o conjuntos de m\u00faltiples cables. Normalmente est\u00e1n fabricados con aleaciones que contienen elementos como n\u00edquel, cromo, silicio, aluminio o magnesio. Esto permite a los operadores supervisar la uniformidad de la temperatura en diferentes zonas y en diferentes \u00e1reas de su carga de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los termopares de medici\u00f3n se utilizan normalmente para sistemas de calidad internos y externos, diagn\u00f3sticos y pruebas. Hay nueve puntos en un dispositivo tradicional de inspecci\u00f3n de uniformidad de temperatura que se supervisan para garantizar que el horno distribuye el calor de manera uniforme por toda la zona de trabajo. Se pueden utilizar dos termopares m\u00e1s para comprobar que los termopares de control y de sobretemperatura registran valores coherentes. El termopar restante act\u00faa como repuesto que los operadores pueden utilizar para supervisar una ubicaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica dentro de la zona caliente o una ubicaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica dentro de la plataforma donde suele haber una mayor densidad de piezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los termopares de trabajo se pueden utilizar durante un ciclo de producci\u00f3n para comprobar y verificar la precisi\u00f3n de un proceso. Acoplados a los accesorios de las piezas, a secciones transversales de las piezas o colocados dentro de una pieza con una geometr\u00eda compleja, los termopares de trabajo pueden informar sobre la eficacia de un proceso, lo que ayuda a los usuarios finales a dise\u00f1ar mejores recetas para optimizar los resultados del procesamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida que se ampl\u00edan las \u00e1reas de trabajo, la capacidad de ampliar los termopares en conjuntos de doce hace que las pruebas sean m\u00e1s precisas dentro de la zona caliente.
