Si bien esto es aceptable para muchas aplicaciones, las aplicaciones m\u00e1s cr\u00edticas requieren la instalaci\u00f3n de un deflector para evitar que las part\u00edculas salgan de la bomba de difusi\u00f3n y lleguen al proceso principal. El uso de una trampa de fr\u00edo subenfriada entre la bomba de difusi\u00f3n y la v\u00e1lvula principal puede reducir significativamente la capacidad del aceite de refluir al horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el backstreaming?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema de bombeo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para bombear en una direcci\u00f3n determinada. El reflujo se produce cuando el fluido de bombeo fluye en direcci\u00f3n contraria a la deseada. Esto hace que el fluido de bombeo entre en la c\u00e1mara del horno de vac\u00edo en lugar de ir en la direcci\u00f3n de flujo deseada de vuelta a la base de la bomba, donde se recircula. Cuando la presi\u00f3n en la c\u00e1mara sigue aumentando (despu\u00e9s del cruce), el fluido que todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en transici\u00f3n tiene un mayor potencial de ser arrastrado hacia el interior del recipiente a trav\u00e9s del diferencial de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 problemas puede causar el reflujo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El reflujo puede contaminar la zona caliente o las piezas. El aceite tambi\u00e9n puede penetrar en el material de soldadura, provocando una soldadura y uni\u00f3n deficientes. El reflujo tambi\u00e9n puede afectar a todo el sistema de bombeo, no s\u00f3lo a las propias bombas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las posibles causas del reflujo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cruce anormal en alto vac\u00edo: el cruce normal es de 80 micras o menos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funcionamiento por encima de una micra durante periodos prolongados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niveles de aceite altos o bajos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bomba de difusi\u00f3n sobrecalentada: la temperatura ideal del agua debe ser de 16-27 \u00b0C (60-80 \u00b0F); la temperatura m\u00e1xima de salida del agua es de 52 \u00b0C (125 \u00b0F). Las causas del sobrecalentamiento incluyen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caudal de agua bajo o nulo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agua de entrada demasiado caliente (m\u00e1s de 32 \u00b0C \/ 90 \u00b0F)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fugas en la bomba de difusi\u00f3n o en el circuito de la bomba de retenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baja entrada de calor a la bomba de difusi\u00f3n, causada por:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calefactores defectuosos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusible fundido o cables desconectados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demasiado aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cantidad excesiva de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperatura del agua demasiado baja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calefactores de repuesto incorrectos o mal cableados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Termopar de la bomba de difusi\u00f3n expuesto al aire fr\u00edo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e1mara de relleno antes de que la v\u00e1lvula principal est\u00e9 completamente cerrada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bomba de retroceso de funcionamiento deficiente o subdimensionada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cambiar el fabricante del l\u00edquido de bombeo utilizado. Esto puede afectar a la temperatura de funcionamiento, haci\u00e9ndola demasiado caliente o fr\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nota:<\/strong> No utilice cables ni terminales de cobre para conectar los calefactores, ya que se oxidan y fallan. Utilice \u00fanicamente cables y terminales de n\u00edquel.
