Utilizar magnesio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es necesario utilizar magnesio como aditivo del metal de aportaci\u00f3n y\/o del metal base de las piezas por las siguientes razones:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El magnesio comienza a vaporizarse a unos 570 \u00b0C (1.058 \u00b0F) y act\u00faa como \"captador\" de ox\u00edgeno y vapor de agua, mejorando as\u00ed la pureza del vac\u00edo de soldadura.<\/li><li>El magnesio reduce el \u00f3xido de al\u00famina que existe en la superficie del aluminio para favorecer una humectaci\u00f3n uniformemente acelerada de las superficies de las juntas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durante el proceso de soldadura al vac\u00edo se producen las siguientes reacciones:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + H2O \u2192 MgO +H2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + O2 \u2192 2 MgO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3Mg + Al2O3 \u2192 3MgO + 2Al<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + N2 \u2192 Mg3N2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vaporizaci\u00f3n del magnesio en un entorno de vac\u00edo, tambi\u00e9n conocida como \"mag burst\", produce una fuerte desgasificaci\u00f3n durante un breve periodo de tiempo. Sin embargo, cuanto menor sea la velocidad de calentamiento, menor ser\u00e1 la velocidad de vaporizaci\u00f3n del magnesio. Debido a esta carga de gas, las bombas de vac\u00edo deben tener el tama\u00f1o adecuado para mantener un buen vac\u00edo de trabajo (10<sup>-4<\/sup> a 10<sup>-5<\/sup> Torr).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Mantener la uniformidad de la temperatura<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del nivel de vac\u00edo profundo, tambi\u00e9n se requiere un control y uniformidad precisos de la temperatura para lograr una soldadura fuerte satisfactoria. Una uniformidad de temperatura aceptable durante un ciclo de soldadura es de \u00b15 \u00b0F (3 \u00b0C) del punto de ajuste. La soldadura fuerte del aluminio tiene un margen muy estrecho de temperaturas de soldadura aceptables porque el metal de aportaci\u00f3n tiene que licuarse antes de que el metal base alcance su temperatura de solidificaci\u00f3n. Esta diferencia de temperatura puede ser tan peque\u00f1a como \u00b110-18 \u00b0F (6-10 \u00b0C).<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, es necesario utilizar un paso de calentamiento a una temperatura de inmersi\u00f3n justo por debajo del punto de solidificaci\u00f3n del metal de aportaci\u00f3n para garantizar que todas las piezas y juntas que se van a soldar alcancen la temperatura correcta aproximadamente al mismo tiempo. En ese momento, debe iniciarse la rampa hasta alcanzar la temperatura de soldadura fuerte, de modo que el metal de aportaci\u00f3n comience a fundirse y se produzca la humectaci\u00f3n capilar de las juntas de soldadura fuerte.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo a temperatura de soldadura fuerte debe mantenerse al m\u00ednimo, ya que el metal de aportaci\u00f3n fundido se vaporiza en el vac\u00edo profundo e intenta humedecer las juntas de soldadura fuerte.
