Las ventajas de utilizar esta opci\u00f3n son un mejor \u00edndice de fugas, una mayor capacidad de bombeo, un entorno de trabajo m\u00e1s limpio y una menor probabilidad de que se contaminen las piezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con los dise\u00f1os y las ventajas \u00fanicas de cada una, es posible que se pregunte: \"\u00bfc\u00f3mo elijo la mejor zona caliente para mis necesidades?\" Hemos identificado tres preguntas b\u00e1sicas que pueden ayudarte a decidir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus requisitos de proceso y material?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Totalmente met\u00e1lico<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si su proceso no tolera el polvo o la suciedad incidental, una zona caliente totalmente met\u00e1lica es la mejor opci\u00f3n para sus necesidades. Estos procesos sensibles incluyen la uni\u00f3n por difusi\u00f3n y la soldadura fuerte de aluminio. Especialmente dise\u00f1adas para manipular materiales como las superaleaciones (por ejemplo, titanio, hastelloy y tungsteno), las zonas calientes totalmente met\u00e1licas producen piezas que salen brillantes y limpias, un requisito com\u00fan en la industria m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considere tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo podr\u00edan reaccionar sus materiales con los carbones en un horno de grafito. La mayor\u00eda de los metales, como los aceros al carbono o aleados, as\u00ed como los procesos como el revenido, el envejecimiento, el carburizado, el endurecimiento y el recocido por disoluci\u00f3n, funcionar\u00edan igualmente bien en cualquiera de las dos zonas calientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las temperaturas y las velocidades de rampa deseadas?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Totalmente met\u00e1lico<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si su ciclo requiere altas temperaturas y velocidades de rampa, debe elegir una zona caliente totalmente met\u00e1lica, capaz de alcanzar temperaturas superiores a 1.371 \u00b0C (2.400 \u00b0F) y de calentarse a una velocidad de rampa m\u00e1xima de 41 \u00b0C (75 \u00b0F) por minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Grafito o todo metal<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si sus temperaturas son inferiores a 1.371 \u00b0C (2.400 \u00b0F) y s\u00f3lo necesita una velocidad de rampa m\u00e1xima de 25 \u00b0C (45 \u00b0F) por minuto, puede seleccionar cualquiera de las dos zonas calientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su rango de uniformidad de temperatura esperado?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Totalmente met\u00e1lico<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una zona caliente met\u00e1lica con elementos finales es capaz de alcanzar un rango de uniformidad de temperatura de +\/- 5 \u00b0F (3 \u00b0C).
