Este procedimiento es uno de los varios pasos preventivos que ayudan a mantener la salud general de su horno, tal como se detalla en nuestras recomendaciones. <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/knowledge-center\/daily-vacuum-furnace-preventative-maintenance\/\">diario<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/knowledge-center\/weekly-vacuum-furnace-maintenance\/\">semanal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/knowledge-center\/monthly-vacuum-furnace-maintenance\/\">mensualmente<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/knowledge-center\/semiannual-vacuum-furnace-maintenance\/\">semestral<\/a> listas de mantenimiento. Hoy examinaremos m\u00e1s detenidamente otras recomendaciones de nuestros expertos para el mantenimiento de las zonas calientes y la frecuencia con que deben llevarse a cabo estas acciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantenimiento de la zona caliente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reparaci\u00f3n\/sustituci\u00f3n de elementos rotos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspeccione visualmente a diario el estado de los elementos calefactores y los escudos. Busque cualquier pieza que falte, est\u00e9 rota, agrietada o suelta. Los elementos en estas condiciones pueden provocar problemas de temperatura, como calor inadecuado y poca uniformidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si descubre que faltan elementos de grafito o est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados, por lo general sustituir\u00e1 los elementos calefactores en lugar de repararlos. Esto se debe a que el grafito no es extremadamente fr\u00e1gil, por lo que no tiene que preocuparse de romper accidentalmente los elementos calefactores circundantes durante el proceso de sustituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, los elementos calefactores totalmente met\u00e1licos son m\u00e1s fr\u00e1giles una vez calentados, por lo que existen dos m\u00e9todos habituales para tratar los elementos rotos. Una opci\u00f3n es sustituirlo de la misma forma que se har\u00eda con un elemento de grafito. Otra opci\u00f3n es reparar los elementos totalmente met\u00e1licos con un parche, que permite sujetar peque\u00f1as secciones de metal que cubren el elemento roto. Esto evita tener que desatornillar los elementos calefactores entre los puntos de conexi\u00f3n y sustituir una secci\u00f3n entera, con lo que se reducen las posibilidades de da\u00f1ar los elementos circundantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando necesite reparar o sustituir elementos, tener a mano un kit de piezas de repuesto puede ahorrarle un tiempo valioso y permitirle un mantenimiento r\u00e1pido de la zona caliente. Algunas de las piezas b\u00e1sicas para zonas calientes que deber\u00eda tener en stock incluyen un kit de tiras de elementos, aislantes, colgadores de elementos, compuesto de fibra de carbono, postes de hogar, boquillas de gas, tuercas y tornillos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Cuando se sustituyan varios elementos calefactores a la vez, se recomienda encarecidamente realizar un ciclo de acondicionamiento para permitir que los nuevos elementos se expandan y contraigan a una velocidad de rampa lenta; esto ayuda a evitar da\u00f1os en los soportes de los elementos, la zona caliente y la carga cuando se reanude el proceso normal en el horno. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser necesario realizar un Estudio de Uniformidad de Temperatura para medir la variaci\u00f3n de temperatura dentro de la zona de trabajo del horno antes y despu\u00e9s de la estabilizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compruebe si hay decoloraci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los elementos calefactores y las pantallas tambi\u00e9n deben revisarse diariamente para detectar signos de decoloraci\u00f3n. La decoloraci\u00f3n en el horno indica contaminaci\u00f3n. Si algunas partes de la zona caliente empiezan a mostrar signos de decoloraci\u00f3n, puede ser necesario realizar una comprobaci\u00f3n de fugas y\/o un ciclo de limpieza del horno como primer paso para solucionar el problema y localizar la fuente de contaminaci\u00f3n. Es imprescindible identificar la fuente para evitar la decoloraci\u00f3n y degradaci\u00f3n continuas de la zona caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevenir la formaci\u00f3n de arcos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Semanalmente, apriete a mano las tuercas, los pernos y los conectores de los elementos del interior del horno. Cuando las piezas se aflojan, pueden provocar arcos el\u00e9ctricos que queman el aislamiento de la zona caliente, afectan a la calidad general de los elementos calefactores y pueden provocar decoloraci\u00f3n. Dependiendo del proceso y de las piezas, las zonas calientes pueden durar muchos a\u00f1os (de 5 a 8 a\u00f1os de media) o puede ser necesario sustituirlas con m\u00e1s frecuencia.
