Para garantizar la calidad correspondiente, incluso con materias primas relativamente baratas, los componentes suelen someterse a un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico industrial. Dependiendo de la cantidad de componentes a tratar y de la flexibilidad necesaria de la planta, se utilizan hornos de funcionamiento continuo o de carga por lotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hornos de funcionamiento continuo son adecuados para la producci\u00f3n en serie en la industria del autom\u00f3vil, por ejemplo. Los sistemas de carga por lotes, tambi\u00e9n llamados hornos de (una) c\u00e1mara, destacan por su gran flexibilidad: despu\u00e9s de cada lote, se puede cambiar el programa y, por tanto, el componente a tratar. Esto hace que estos sistemas sean muy populares, por ejemplo, entre las empresas comerciales de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hornos de c\u00e1mara utilizados para el temple y la cementaci\u00f3n (carburaci\u00f3n seguida de enfriamiento en aceite) constan de una c\u00e1mara de calentamiento y un ba\u00f1o de aceite directamente adyacente. Seg\u00fan el dise\u00f1o, se distinguen dos grupos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hornos basados en el principio de enfriamiento directo (hornos TQ)<\/li><li>Hornos basados en el principio de enfriamiento r\u00e1pido (RTQ)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"541\" src=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-1024x541.jpg\" alt=\"TQ and RTQ chamber furnaces\" class=\"wp-image-3794\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-1024x541.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-768x406.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture.jpg 1228w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En los hornos TQ, que funcionan seg\u00fan el principio de enfriamiento directo, las piezas a tratar se cargan directamente en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento, que funciona a m\u00e1s de 750 \u00b0C, donde se calientan y, si es necesario, se carburan. A continuaci\u00f3n, las piezas se transportan a la c\u00e1mara de enfriamiento, donde suelen enfriarse en un ba\u00f1o de aceite. Esto tambi\u00e9n endurece la capa superficial. A continuaci\u00f3n, las piezas se retiran del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los hornos RTQ, que funcionan seg\u00fan el principio de retorno a trav\u00e9s del enfriamiento, los componentes que se van a tratar se colocan primero en la c\u00e1mara de enfriamiento relativamente fr\u00eda (aprox. 120 \u00b0C a 140 \u00b0C) durante unos minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n, el lote se introduce en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento, que funciona a m\u00e1s de 750 \u00b0C, donde se calienta y, si es necesario, se carbura. A continuaci\u00f3n, los componentes se endurecen en la c\u00e1mara de temple, como en el TQ. A continuaci\u00f3n, los componentes se retiran del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque los tama\u00f1os de los lotes son id\u00e9nticos, el programa de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico real es el mismo en ambos hornos y los resultados conseguidos s\u00f3lo var\u00edan m\u00ednimamente, existen algunas diferencias que deben tenerse en cuenta a la hora de seleccionar el sistema de horno adecuado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espacio necesario y coste:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El horno TQ tiene una puerta de carga y otra de descarga, por lo que deben instalarse sistemas de carga adecuados tanto delante como detr\u00e1s del horno. En consecuencia, este tipo de horno requiere m\u00e1s espacio que el horno RTQ, que se maneja con un solo sistema combinado de carga y descarga. En t\u00e9rminos de coste, los dos hornos en s\u00ed difieren s\u00f3lo de forma insignificante; sin embargo, dado que se a\u00f1aden dos sistemas de carga a un horno TQ, la adquisici\u00f3n es inicialmente algo m\u00e1s cara. Sin embargo, si se utiliza una l\u00ednea con al menos tres hornos TQ para el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, esta inversi\u00f3n se amortiza r\u00e1pidamente y el m\u00e9todo TQ resulta m\u00e1s barato que el m\u00e9todo RTQ a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duraci\u00f3n del tratamiento y rendimiento:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento es id\u00e9ntico en ambos sistemas de hornos. La diferencia se encuentra en el tiempo de tratamiento: \u00e9ste es algo m\u00e1s largo en el horno RTQ, ya que la carga se carga a trav\u00e9s de la c\u00e1mara de enfriamiento y permanece all\u00ed durante un breve tiempo de enjuague (aprox. 15 a 20 minutos). Esto da al horno TQ una ligera ventaja en t\u00e9rminos de rendimiento, ya que el siguiente lote puede cargarse ya en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento mientras el lote anterior todav\u00eda se est\u00e1 curando en el ba\u00f1o de aceite. Con el sistema RTQ es posible que un lote se introduzca tambi\u00e9n en la c\u00e1mara de enfriamiento mientras el lote anterior sigue en el ba\u00f1o de aceite (lo que se denomina carga doble). Pero esto s\u00f3lo es posible si el tiempo de enfriamiento en el ba\u00f1o de aceite es significativamente mayor que el tiempo de purga antes de cargar la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento. Esto significa que<br>con tiempos de enfriamiento cortos, el horno debe descargarse completamente antes de poder tratar el siguiente lote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantenimiento y control:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El horno TQ tambi\u00e9n se destaca en este aspecto: durante la producci\u00f3n normal es posible mirar tanto la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento como la de enfriamiento durante la carga y la descarga, por ejemplo para observar el estado de la mamposter\u00eda o posibles hollines. Con un horno RTQ, s\u00f3lo se puede inspeccionar la c\u00e1mara de temple durante el funcionamiento; la inspecci\u00f3n de la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento s\u00f3lo es posible cuando el horno est\u00e1 fuera de producci\u00f3n. El horno TQ es m\u00e1s accesible para el mantenimiento gracias a sus dos puertas. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n supone un poco m\u00e1s de trabajo porque hay que vigilar e inspeccionar dos puertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultados del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico y flujo del proceso:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se ha mencionado al principio, los resultados del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico no var\u00edan significativamente entre los hornos TQ y RTQ. No obstante, hay que mencionar algunos detalles: al cargar el horno TQ, el aire entra directamente en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento. Esto significa que la atm\u00f3sfera del horno se interrumpe y s\u00f3lo se vuelve a crear despu\u00e9s de cerrar la puerta. En el horno RTQ, en cambio, el lote permanece inicialmente en la c\u00e1mara de temple durante un breve tiempo de purga. All\u00ed se compensa el efecto negativo del aire que ha penetrado. Al cargar la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento, no entra m\u00e1s aire en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento y la atm\u00f3sfera del horno se restablece m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para minimizar el tiempo de calentamiento en la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento, los lotes suelen precalentarse a una temperatura de 350 \u00b0C a 450 \u00b0C. En este caso, el tiempo de permanencia en la c\u00e1mara de enfriamiento de los hornos RTQ ser\u00eda bastante perjudicial, ya que los lotes pierden temperatura durante este tiempo. Esto reduce el efecto de precalentamiento deseado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resumen, puede decirse que ambos sistemas de hornos rinden bien en diferentes \u00e1mbitos y que no debe preferirse un tipo sobre el otro. Si, por ejemplo, s\u00f3lo dispone de un espacio limitado, un sistema TQ es probablemente menos adecuado. Si el precalentamiento es de vital importancia para usted, un horno RTQ no encaja necesariamente en el concepto.
