En el caso de los hornos de c\u00e1mara polivalentes existentes, las p\u00e9rdidas de pared en la zona de la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento est\u00e1n pasando a un primer plano en vista de los actuales problemas energ\u00e9ticos y clim\u00e1ticos. Ipsen ha estudiado la cuesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s a fondo. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invertir en el aislamiento de los hornos de c\u00e1mara polivalentes existentes merece la pena en muchos aspectos: se reduce el consumo de energ\u00eda y, por tanto, tambi\u00e9n la contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental, y al mismo tiempo la reconversi\u00f3n puede facilitar el mantenimiento y dar lugar a otros efectos positivos. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, la inversi\u00f3n se amortiza en pocos a\u00f1os, sobre todo si est\u00e1 subvencionada por la Oficina Federal de Econom\u00eda y Control de las Exportaciones (BAFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que en los hornos existentes no se puede influir en el grosor del aislamiento -a diferencia de lo que ocurre en los sistemas nuevos-, se necesitan materiales especiales para conseguir un aislamiento realmente eficiente. En este caso son especialmente adecuados los materiales aislantes microporosos para el aislamiento de apoyo, con unas propiedades de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico extremadamente buenas. Otro objetivo importante son los inevitables puentes t\u00e9rmicos. Bas\u00e1ndose en un an\u00e1lisis termogr\u00e1fico, se puede conseguir un \u00e9xito asombroso con medidas sencillas. Pero incluso las reconversiones completas no son tab\u00fa en vista de la situaci\u00f3n actual: un asesoramiento adecuado revelar\u00e1 qu\u00e9 medidas tienen m\u00e1s sentido en cada caso individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ejemplo: Sustituci\u00f3n de la puerta delantera de un horno de c\u00e1mara polivalente<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda, facilitar el mantenimiento y, en general, hacer m\u00e1s herm\u00e9tico el sistema de puertas, en este caso se sustituy\u00f3 la puerta delantera de un horno de c\u00e1mara polivalente existente por el \u00faltimo modelo de puerta.
