Pero los motores el\u00e9ctricos que se utilizan aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n suelen consumir (demasiada) electricidad. Mientras que en las plantas nuevas se utilizan motores modernos y eficientes energ\u00e9ticamente, que a menudo ya incluyen control de frecuencia (SmartDrive), la sustituci\u00f3n de un motor puede suponer una gran diferencia en las plantas existentes. Ipsen explica las ventajas de SmartDrive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los motores el\u00e9ctricos cl\u00e1sicos utilizados en el campo del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico suelen estar dise\u00f1ados para que puedan arrancar a cualquier temperatura. Por ejemplo, al circulador de gas de proceso de la c\u00e1mara de calentamiento del horno le gusta arrancar a temperatura ambiente. En cuanto se alcanza la temperatura de funcionamiento de 800\u00b0 C, por ejemplo, el motor s\u00f3lo necesita una fracci\u00f3n de su potencia. El principio SmartDrive pone fin a este sobredimensionamiento poco eficiente: Gracias a la regulaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de la velocidad en funci\u00f3n de la densidad del gas, ahora se pueden utilizar motores m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, cuyo funcionamiento -y tambi\u00e9n fabricaci\u00f3n- consume mucha menos energ\u00eda. Por ejemplo, el consumo de energ\u00eda puede utilizarse para comprobar si el motor funciona en el rango de potencia previsto. Y gracias al convertidor de frecuencia, el motor arranca con un consumo de energ\u00eda reducido y una carga mec\u00e1nica menor, lo que a su vez aumenta la vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de estas ventajas, SmartDrive abre otras peque\u00f1as opciones de ahorro que se acumulan cuando se aplican de forma coherente: Por ejemplo, la parada progresiva de circuladores de aceite individuales o la reducci\u00f3n de la velocidad al m\u00ednimo necesario en el modo de espera de la planta es factible sin crear zonas permanentemente inm\u00f3viles.
