La demanda de consumibles y piezas de repuesto aumenta entre los clientes que est\u00e1n representados a escala mundial. En un mundo que se ha acostumbrado a una respuesta inmediata y a una entrega r\u00e1pida, el Departamento de Recambios de Ipsen se esfuerza por cumplir estas expectativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christina Connelly lleg\u00f3 a Ipsen USA procedente de otro trabajo exigente: trabaj\u00f3 en operaciones para un importante contratista de defensa durante 22 a\u00f1os. Ten\u00edamos que pensar en nuestro p\u00fablico: \u00bfse siente c\u00f3modo rellenando un formulario de solicitud en l\u00ednea? \u00bfC\u00f3mo hacemos llegar a nuestros clientes la importancia de recopilar esta informaci\u00f3n?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El equipo de recambios ha estado desplegando este nuevo formulario de solicitud en un peque\u00f1o grupo de clientes a modo de prueba beta, recabando sus comentarios e introduciendo cambios que ayuden a que el proceso funcione mejor en condiciones reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repartir el trabajo entre un equipo cada vez mayor ha sido todo un reto. \"Tenemos un equipo muy longevo\", explica Connelly, \"pero algunos de nuestros empleados se han jubilado, entre ellos uno que llevaba m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os de servicio. Los nuevos especialistas en ventas no van a sustituir inmediatamente ese tipo de experiencia.\" El equipo de recambios empez\u00f3 a colaborar sobre c\u00f3mo compartir mejor la informaci\u00f3n, dividir la carga de trabajo y ser m\u00e1s eficaces en la creaci\u00f3n de un tiempo de respuesta m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Necesit\u00e1bamos automatizar mejor las solicitudes entrantes\", explica Connelly. \"Ahora, con nuestro sistema de correo electr\u00f3nico, los clientes pueden enviar sus pedidos de piezas a <a href=\"mailto:parts@ipsenusa.com\">parts@ipsenusa.com<\/a> y esperan recibir una respuesta inmediata de que se ha recibido la solicitud, y que su pedido se asigna autom\u00e1ticamente a un especialista en ventas y es seguido por nuestro equipo\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El seguimiento de pedidos es otra forma en que la tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1 ayudando a los clientes de Ipsen a ver mejoras inmediatas, ya que se ha integrado el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Transporte. \"Cuando un env\u00edo sale de nuestras instalaciones, el cliente recibe un correo electr\u00f3nico con un n\u00famero de pedido, un n\u00famero de seguimiento y un aviso de env\u00edo\". El TMS elimina la incertidumbre del cliente y le da confianza sobre cu\u00e1ndo esperar su env\u00edo, le permite planificar la instalaci\u00f3n de las piezas y ayuda a su equipo de operaciones a tener una mejor idea de cu\u00e1ndo volver\u00e1 a estar en l\u00ednea el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La tendencia es tu amiga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adoptar y mejorar la tecnolog\u00eda de seguimiento de pedidos ayudar\u00e1 a Ipsen a preabastecerse mejor de las piezas que se piden con frecuencia. Ipsen est\u00e1 trabajando en estrategias de automatizaci\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n ayudar\u00e1n a los clientes a consultar las piezas que han pedido, con el objetivo de ayudarles a crear su propio inventario de piezas para compras repetitivas y evitar tiempos de inactividad. Los sistemas de seguimiento de pedidos tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudar a los clientes a evitar la p\u00e9rdida de tiempo que supone solicitar una nueva cotizaci\u00f3n de piezas compradas con frecuencia, permiti\u00e9ndoles simplemente comprobar el precio y realizar el nuevo pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero no es s\u00f3lo la tecnolog\u00eda la que mantendr\u00e1 el ritmo de las demandas de los operadores de hornos Ipsen, encontrar los candidatos adecuados para hacer crecer el equipo de piezas es una prioridad para Ipsen. En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, Ipsen ha a\u00f1adido funciones especializadas al equipo, incluyendo un administrador de piezas, un analista de precios y un ingeniero de piezas. Aunque el departamento es significativamente mayor que cuando lleg\u00f3 Connelly, seguir aumentando el equipo ayudar\u00e1 a satisfacer la demanda actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Buscamos dos especialistas en ventas con experiencia para incorporar a nuestro equipo. Una vez que los contratemos, los clientes experimentar\u00e1n un aumento inmediato de la capacidad de respuesta\", afirma Connelly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"A medida que seguimos depurando la documentaci\u00f3n e implantando nuevos sistemas, hemos visto mejoras en los procesos durante los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Con el crecimiento de la plantilla y la mejora continua, tenemos muchas cosas en el tintero.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los mayores impactos en el futuro del Departamento de Recambios es el crecimiento de <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/es\/ipsenconnectlanding\/\">Ipsen Connect<\/a>el portal de clientes en l\u00ednea de Ipsen. A medida que m\u00e1s clientes se inscriben en el servicio, la solicitud de presupuestos de piezas y el seguimiento del estado de los pedidos de piezas se hacen m\u00e1s transparentes.
