Qu\u00e9 debemos tener en cuenta al utilizar nuestros hornos para asegurarnos de que funcionan de forma eficiente a pesar de la temperatura y la humedad?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras atend\u00eda a clientes de muchos pa\u00edses asi\u00e1ticos con climas tropicales, me he dado cuenta de los retos que plantea el funcionamiento de los hornos de vac\u00edo a altas temperaturas y con una humedad superior al 90%. Las recientes temperaturas, que han batido r\u00e9cords, ponen de manifiesto las dificultades de hacer funcionar un horno de vac\u00edo en estas condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los componentes el\u00e9ctricos no pueden funcionar eficazmente con niveles de humedad superiores al 90%, lo que provoca una r\u00e1pida disminuci\u00f3n de la eficiencia. Por ejemplo, a temperaturas superiores a 40 grados cent\u00edgrados (104 grados Fahrenheit), la eficiencia del variador de frecuencia (VFD) disminuye un dos por ciento con cada grado cent\u00edgrado adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las altas temperaturas provocan cambios en los flujos el\u00e9ctricos, lo que aumenta la resistencia. Adem\u00e1s, el exceso de humedad reduce el aislamiento y la resistencia de los transformadores, al tiempo que oxida los conductores el\u00e9ctricos. Sustituya oportunamente los aceites de las bombas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compruebe si hay fugas en todas las conexiones de agua y gas y l\u00edmpielas para evitar que las impurezas formen una capa dura y bloqueen la alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y los caudal\u00edmetros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lave peri\u00f3dicamente el recipiente a presi\u00f3n y el intercambiador de calor con disolvente Rydlyme.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplique grasa en todos los puntos seg\u00fan las especificaciones de su horno, especialmente en los cojinetes del motor de refrigeraci\u00f3n.
