Al principio, el 90% de la innovaci\u00f3n en el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico se centraba en el proceso de calentamiento. Con el tiempo, la necesidad de reducir las piezas desechadas por grietas y distorsi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica exigi\u00f3 mejores soluciones para el proceso de enfriamiento. \"Ha sido un gran cambio\", explica Jim Grann, Director T\u00e9cnico de Ipsen. \"Ahora mismo, el equilibrio est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca del 50\/50 cuando se trata de desarrollar tecnolog\u00eda de calentamiento y temple\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grann forma parte del proceso de innovaci\u00f3n desde 1978, cuando entr\u00f3 a trabajar en Abar antes de su fusi\u00f3n con Ipsen. \"Lo que est\u00e1 impulsando la innovaci\u00f3n en el enfriamiento es la necesidad de crear el enfriamiento m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible, al tiempo que se ofrece la posibilidad de controlar el proceso. Enfriar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido sin distorsi\u00f3n es la clave\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los controles PLC actuales pueden reaccionar en tiempo real para realizar modificaciones en una receta a mitad del proceso si los termopares detectan una reacci\u00f3n an\u00f3mala durante el temple. \"Por ejemplo, una receta puede indicar que la temperatura del n\u00facleo y la temperatura de la superficie de una pieza no pueden tener m\u00e1s que un diferencial de temperatura muy espec\u00edfico. El PLC puede controlar las temperaturas y ralentizar el enfriamiento r\u00e1pido reduciendo la presi\u00f3n, la circulaci\u00f3n de gas o incluso recalentando el horno. Las piezas se calientan primero por fuera, pero tambi\u00e9n se enfr\u00edan primero por fuera, por lo que el horno puede reaccionar en consecuencia\", explica Grann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las diferentes l\u00edneas de hornos de vac\u00edo de Ipsen, combinadas con modernos sistemas PLC, proporcionan a los usuarios finales un mayor control sobre su proceso que nunca. Las l\u00edneas TITAN, MetalMaster y TurboTreater tienen una amplia gama de capacidades de temple utilizando un dise\u00f1o de flujo de 360 grados que puede servir para docenas de procesos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico diferentes.
