Todav\u00eda hay problemas persistentes que afectan a la cadena de suministro en la actualidad. En su peor momento, hubo algunos elementos de nuestros hornos que se retrasaron con un 48 <a>a<\/a> Un plazo de entrega de 50 semanas. Eso no es aceptable ni para nosotros ni para nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando estandarizamos nuestros dise\u00f1os, podemos centrarnos en adquirir componentes comunes que est\u00e9n f\u00e1cilmente disponibles, en lugar de esperar a \"unicornios\" que tienen largos retrasos. A veces, esto significa que, por ejemplo, podemos estandarizar un variador de frecuencia de 150 CV y otro de 250 CV, pero no tenemos en stock un variador de 200 CV. En una situaci\u00f3n en la que nuestro cliente pudiera funcionar con un variador de frecuencia de 200 CV, redondear\u00edamos la potencia para que fuera m\u00e1s que suficiente utilizando la opci\u00f3n de 250 CV. Las limitaciones no detienen el proceso de innovaci\u00f3n, simplemente se tienen en cuenta. De nuevo, no intentamos crear un \"unicornio\" si una soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar resuelve el problema. A\u00f1os de historia y una excelente documentaci\u00f3n nos dan ventaja a la hora de personalizar un dise\u00f1o para un cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las grandes ventajas de tener normas de dise\u00f1o es que podemos identificar r\u00e1pidamente las cosas que tenemos que cambiar para cumplir los requisitos espec\u00edficos de los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cualquiera puede tener una idea te\u00f3rica descabellada, pero trabajando con normas y dentro de un marco de restricciones razonables se consiguen productos funcionales, probados y familiares tanto para los operadores como para los t\u00e9cnicos de servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P: \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa exactamente dise\u00f1o \"cero defectos\"? C\u00f3mo se sabe si un dise\u00f1o tiene cero defectos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R: Gran parte de los hornos se basan en tecnolog\u00eda probada. Cuando hacemos adaptaciones, empezamos por identificar lo que vamos a cambiar. \u00bfQu\u00e9 ser\u00e1 diferente? \u00bfHemos tenido en cuenta la diferencia? Si tenemos que a\u00f1adir una bomba, \u00bflo hemos consultado con todos los que van a interactuar con ella? \u00bfSe ha incorporado al esquema? \u00bfEst\u00e1 el sistema de control siguiendo y controlando la bomba correctamente? \u00bfEl software tiene en cuenta la bomba adicional? \u00bfHay espacio para montar la bomba?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que no queremos es que el equipo de montaje se limite a arreglar un problema que encuentre. Nuestro equipo quiere saber siempre que se encuentra un problema, para poder solucionarlo tambi\u00e9n en el dise\u00f1o. Nos basamos en dise\u00f1os hist\u00f3ricos a la hora de realizar variaciones en nuestros modelos b\u00e1sicos. Es importante mantener una documentaci\u00f3n completa de cada horno, con fines de fabricaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento, sustituci\u00f3n y reproducci\u00f3n. Todas las decisiones que se tomen en una construcci\u00f3n deben quedar registradas y documentadas, y esos documentos deben estar disponibles para que nuestros ingenieros de servicio puedan pedirnos aclaraciones si tienen alguna duda sobre una parte del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los formularios A3 se utilizan para ayudarnos con el an\u00e1lisis de las causas ra\u00edz y la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. La ingenier\u00eda ajustada, como concepto, es lo que nos lleva a tener un plan sistem\u00e1tico de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. Empezamos con una definici\u00f3n clara del problema, consultamos las herramientas y los diagramas que utilizamos para resolverlo y documentamos cada paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fabricaci\u00f3n ajustada se populariz\u00f3 en el sector de la automoci\u00f3n, y estamos viendo c\u00f3mo nos impulsa a utilizar t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. No nos limitamos a tratar los s\u00edntomas, sino que abordamos las causas profundas y aplicamos medidas correctivas permanentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-aa9681db88088a6ad729804a192d99de wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los procesos que utilizamos para ayudar a descubrir problemas es \"Los cinco porqu\u00e9s\". Preguntarse por qu\u00e9 cinco veces puede ayudarnos a descubrir problemas sist\u00e9micos.
