En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il convient d'effectuer un contr\u00f4le de la consommation d'\u00e9nergie <strong>avant de<\/strong> la premi\u00e8re utilisation d'un four, ainsi que <strong>pas moins de<\/strong> deux fois par an, que vous adh\u00e9riez ou non \u00e0 certaines sp\u00e9cifications. Pour ceux qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cifications plus strictes, telles que l'AMS 2750, vous devez toujours vous y r\u00e9f\u00e9rer pour vos exigences sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de TUS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9paration constitue la moiti\u00e9 de la bataille pour r\u00e9aliser une DUE. Pour vous aider dans ce processus, nous avons d\u00e9fini sept \u00e9tapes simples qui vous permettront de mener \u00e0 bien vos efforts de DUE :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. D\u00e9terminer la plage d'uniformit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la pr\u00e9paration d'un TUS consiste \u00e0 s'assurer que votre four est capable de respecter la plage d'uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature requise pour vos pi\u00e8ces et processus sp\u00e9cifiques. Si c'est la premi\u00e8re fois que vous effectuez un TUS sur le four, nous vous recommandons de vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux sp\u00e9cifications de votre OEM pour v\u00e9rifier que votre four fonctionne conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 sa classification de conception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous effectuez un TUS conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme AMS 2750, vous devez d\u00e9terminer les capacit\u00e9s de conception de votre four. <u>et sous<\/u> le niveau de classification du four que vous allez tester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes de fours \u00e0 vide sont class\u00e9s en six cat\u00e9gories : Classe 1 \u00e0 Classe 6. La classe un pr\u00e9sente les exigences les plus strictes en mati\u00e8re de temp\u00e9rature avec le plus petit \u00e9cart admissible en mati\u00e8re d'uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature, tandis que la classe six applique les exigences les moins restrictives en mati\u00e8re de temp\u00e9rature et l'\u00e9cart admissible le plus important en mati\u00e8re d'uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature. La plage d'uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature varie de \u00b13 \u00b0C (\u00b15 \u00b0F) \u00e0 \u00b128 \u00b0C (\u00b150 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est \u00e9galement important de noter que si de nombreux fabricants pr\u00e9tendent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la norme AMS 2750, il existe en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plusieurs versions diff\u00e9rentes qui constituent la conformit\u00e9 en ce qui concerne les syst\u00e8mes de traitement thermique sous vide. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif que vous connaissiez le processus pour lequel vous avez besoin d'\u00eatre conforme afin de vous assurer que la classification du four r\u00e9pond aux sp\u00e9cifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. S\u00e9lectionner le nombre de capteurs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La taille du four, ainsi que l'uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature que vous essayez d'atteindre pour votre processus sp\u00e9cifique, peuvent affecter le nombre de capteurs TUS qui doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. Chez Ipsen, nous recommandons que, quel que soit l'endroit o\u00f9 vous d\u00e9cidez de placer les thermocouples, vous fassiez en sorte que cela fasse partie du processus et que vous formiez les employ\u00e9s qui effectuent le TUS \u00e0 ce processus. Cela permettra de r\u00e9duire toute variabilit\u00e9 qui pourrait survenir lors de la mise au point de l'\u00e9quipement pour des \u00e9tudes ult\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous effectuez un TUS conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme AMS 2750, le nombre de capteurs TUS requis est indiqu\u00e9 dans le tableau 11. Ce nombre d\u00e9pend de la classe du four et du volume de l'espace de travail. Comprendre les plages de temp\u00e9rature du four<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un m\u00eame four peut \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 pour fonctionner \u00e0 \u00b110 \u00b0F dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 \u00b125 \u00b0F dans une autre plage de temp\u00e9rature. Si le TUS montre que le four est conforme \u00e0 la variation de temp\u00e9rature la plus stricte (par exemple, \u00b110 \u00b0F \u00e0 1500 \u00b0F), il est automatiquement conforme \u00e0 la variation de temp\u00e9rature la moins stricte (par exemple, \u00b125 \u00b0F \u00e0 1500 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est \u00e9galement le cas pour un examen toxicologique effectu\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux sp\u00e9cifications de l'AMS 2750. Comme l'indique la section 3.5.2 de l'AMS 2750, \"un four peut avoir plusieurs plages de temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement qualifi\u00e9es\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Param\u00e8tres du four \u00e0 miroir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est \u00e9galement important que les param\u00e8tres d\u00e9finis pour le TUS refl\u00e8tent le fonctionnement normal de l'\u00e9quipement lorsqu'il est en production. Cela signifie que si les ventilateurs et\/ou la pression partielle sont utilis\u00e9s pendant la production, ils doivent \u00e9galement l'\u00eatre pendant l'essai clinique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous adh\u00e9rez \u00e0 l'AMS 2750, la section 3.5.8 fournit de plus amples d\u00e9tails, ainsi que quelques exceptions not\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. D\u00e9cider de l'\u00e9tat de charge<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que les param\u00e8tres du four doivent refl\u00e9ter le fonctionnement normal de l'\u00e9quipement pendant la production, la condition de charge est l'une des exceptions \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle. Elle peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec une charge de production r\u00e9elle, un rack, vide, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela est \u00e9galement vrai pour la norme AMS 2750, comme indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la section 3.5.10 : \"Un essai TUS peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 avec une charge de production r\u00e9elle, une charge de production simul\u00e9e, un rack ou \u00e0 vide\". Cependant, en fonction de la condition de charge utilis\u00e9e et de l'endroit o\u00f9 les capteurs TUS sont fix\u00e9s, des \u00e9paisseurs sont requises pour le dissipateur thermique et\/ou le mat\u00e9riau de la charge. Voir les sections 3.5.10.1 et 3.5.10.2 de l'AMS 2750 pour plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Choisir l'atmosph\u00e8re du four<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'atmosph\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e pendant la production doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pendant l'examen toxicologique d'usage. Toutefois, vous pouvez utiliser une atmosph\u00e8re d'air ou de gaz inerte (sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la conception du four) si :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le processus utilise une atmosph\u00e8re requise qui pourrait contaminer les capteurs d'essai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'atmosph\u00e8re peut pr\u00e9senter un risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, quel que soit l'environnement de production, vous devez l'\u00e9muler au mieux (sauf exceptions sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es) lorsque vous effectuez un TUS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Collecte des donn\u00e9es TUS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous effectuez le TUS, il est important de suivre les proc\u00e9dures de collecte de donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires. Si vous adh\u00e9rez \u00e0 l'AMS 2750, les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques sont \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans les sections 3.5.13.3 - 3.5.13.3.4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l'ensemble, les points cl\u00e9s \u00e0 retenir sont les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencer la collecte des donn\u00e9es avant que le premier four ou capteur TUS n'atteigne la limite inf\u00e9rieure de tol\u00e9rance de chaque temp\u00e9rature d'essai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne laissez aucun capteur d\u00e9passer la tol\u00e9rance sup\u00e9rieure d'uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poursuivre la collecte des donn\u00e9es pendant au moins 30 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires apr\u00e8s la stabilisation, plus une minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous terminez la pr\u00e9paration du TUS, vous devez \u00e9galement vous assurer que votre charge d'essai (par exemple, une bo\u00eete, un panier, une fixation) est correctement plac\u00e9e. Pour commencer, centrez votre charge d'essai de gauche \u00e0 droite de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la distance entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants et la surface de travail soit \u00e9gale de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. V\u00e9rifiez \u00e9galement que la charge d'essai est bien orient\u00e9e vers l'avant et qu'elle n'est pas inclin\u00e9e ou de travers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, assurez-vous que les CT avant et arri\u00e8re ont la m\u00eame vision de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant. Par exemple, si le CT avant voit un espace d'air entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants, le CT arri\u00e8re doit \u00e9galement voir un espace d'air. Ou encore, si le CT avant regarde \u00e0 un centim\u00e8tre du haut d'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant, il doit en \u00eatre de m\u00eame pour l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, lorsque vous avez fini de d\u00e9terminer la position exacte de la charge de travail, marquez la grille de travail \u00e0 l'aide d'un outil dremel, d'une scie \u00e0 m\u00e9taux, etc. Ces marques vous aideront \u00e0 placer avec pr\u00e9cision la charge de travail lors des enqu\u00eates ult\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est \u00e9galement important de toujours tenir compte de l'\u00e2ge et de l'\u00e9tat du panneau de prises. S'il a plus de deux ans ou s'il pr\u00e9sente des signes visuels de d\u00e9gradation, il doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 avant d'effectuer l'enqu\u00eate. En effet, un panneau de v\u00e9rin ancien ou us\u00e9 entra\u00eenera des erreurs dans les relev\u00e9s de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fin de compte, une validation correcte de votre \u00e9quipement permet de garantir l'uniformit\u00e9, la fiabilit\u00e9 et, surtout, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9.
