M\u00eame par une journ\u00e9e d'hiver froide et s\u00e8che dans le nord de l'Illinois, il y a de la vapeur d'eau dans l'air. Nous mesurons la vapeur d'eau ambiante en calculant le point de ros\u00e9e : la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle l'air doit \u00eatre refroidi pour atteindre une humidit\u00e9 relative de 100% \u00e0 une pression constante donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, lorsque la temp\u00e9rature atteint 10\u00b0 F au milieu de l'hiver et que le m\u00e9t\u00e9orologue local annonce un point de ros\u00e9e de -7\u00b0 F, cela signifie que, si les temp\u00e9ratures nocturnes suivent leur tendance habituelle et que la pression atmosph\u00e9rique reste constante, on peut s'attendre \u00e0 ce que de l'eau se pr\u00e9cipite hors de l'atmosph\u00e8re. Cela peut entra\u00eener la formation de brouillard ou de givre sur les surfaces froides si la temp\u00e9rature descend en dessous de -7\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Un point de ros\u00e9e de -7\u00b0 F serait tr\u00e8s mauvais pour un gaz de remblayage\", explique Craig Moller, ing\u00e9nieur en chef chez Ipsen. \"C'est une teneur en eau trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Lorsque nous contr\u00f4lons des gaz de process comme l'argon, nous recherchons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des points de ros\u00e9e entre -60\u00b0 F et -100\u00b0 F.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es et les basses pressions \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur d'un <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/vacuum-furnaces\/\">four \u00e0 vide<\/a> peut d\u00e9composer les mol\u00e9cules d'eau en leurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs, l'hydrog\u00e8ne et l'oxyg\u00e8ne. Si l'oxyg\u00e8ne est introduit dans un processus de traitement thermique, il peut provoquer une d\u00e9coloration ou une oxydation des pi\u00e8ces, ainsi que des dommages \u00e0 la zone chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Surveillance du point de ros\u00e9e des gaz de process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Capteurs de point de ros\u00e9e<\/strong> peut jouer un r\u00f4le important dans la protection des fours et des pi\u00e8ces contre la vapeur d'eau qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la chambre par des fuites dans les syst\u00e8mes de gaz de traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les capteurs de point de ros\u00e9e sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9s en ligne avec un gaz de traitement, comme l'argon ou l'azote. Le capteur v\u00e9rifie la pr\u00e9sence et la concentration de vapeur d'eau dans le flux juste avant que le gaz de traitement ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la chambre \u00e0 vide. Le capteur est connect\u00e9 \u00e0 un hygrom\u00e8tre \u00e0 affichage num\u00e9rique qui peut fournir des sorties d'alarme analogiques, num\u00e9riques et \u00e0 double relais. Les capteurs de point de ros\u00e9e peuvent fournir des informations pr\u00e9cises tant que le gaz circule, que ce soit \u00e0 haute pression ou \u00e0 faible d\u00e9bit. Les capteurs peuvent \u00eatre configur\u00e9s pour fournir une lecture pour une inspection manuelle, ou avec un suivi actif gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une int\u00e9gration avec le PLC et le logiciel de contr\u00f4le du four, de sorte que les tendances peuvent \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9es et que des alertes peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Lorsqu'il s'agit de nos clients de l'a\u00e9rospatiale, nombre de leurs recettes sp\u00e9cifient que certains gaz de traitement et de trempe doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s purs. Lorsqu'ils commandent des gaz de traitement comme l'argon, plus le gaz est sec, plus le co\u00fbt est \u00e9lev\u00e9\", explique Brad Stewart, responsable de l'ing\u00e9nierie des logiciels et des contr\u00f4les. \"Les clients de l'a\u00e9rospatiale savent que lorsqu'ils utilisent de l'argon pour leurs recettes de traitement thermique, ils doivent respecter des normes sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de point de ros\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Les fournisseurs de gaz industriels peuvent proposer des produits d'une puret\u00e9 allant de 99% \u00e0 99,995%, mais le raccordement de grands r\u00e9servoirs de gaz ext\u00e9rieurs aux fours \u00e0 vide d'un atelier de production peut n\u00e9cessiter de nombreux pieds de tuyaux. Il n'est pas rare de rencontrer de nombreux joints, coudes, raccords et vannes sur le chemin. Chaque jonction pr\u00e9sente un risque de fuite qui, m\u00eame sous pression positive, peut permettre \u00e0 l'air ambiant (et en particulier \u00e0 la vapeur d'eau) de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le syst\u00e8me et de provoquer l'oxydation des pi\u00e8ces*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, certaines recettes peuvent impliquer l'introduction de deux gaz diff\u00e9rents dans le four, comme l'argon et l'azote, chacun ayant ses propres sp\u00e9cifications de point de ros\u00e9e. \"La plupart de nos clients qui utilisent ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s savent qu'ils ont besoin (d'un capteur de point de ros\u00e9e) et demanderont sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 ce qu'ils soient inclus dans un nouveau four ou install\u00e9s dans le cadre d'une r\u00e9novation\", note Steve Hartenberger, chef de produit pour les r\u00e9novations \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-0eb671d2fe26578aea90989cc1471a26\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>*<\/strong>Le principe de Bernoulli montre que dans un syst\u00e8me gazier avec une pression directionnelle g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d'un grand tuyau qui est r\u00e9duit \u00e0 un tuyau plus \u00e9troit, la pression du gaz dans le tuyau \u00e9troit sera plus faible que dans le tuyau plus grand. Les syst\u00e8mes int\u00e9gr\u00e9s peuvent signaler et enregistrer les relev\u00e9s du point de ros\u00e9e tout au long du cycle. Si une lecture du point de ros\u00e9e se situe en dehors des sp\u00e9cifications, le capteur peut \u00eatre charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9clencher une alarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Les alarmes de point de ros\u00e9e peuvent aider les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 identifier une source possible d'oxydation\", explique M. Moller. \"Plus la vitesse du gaz circulant dans la conduite est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus il y a de chances d'aspirer de l'air par une fuite, et plus il est probable que l'alarme se d\u00e9clenche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu'une alarme de syst\u00e8me de point de ros\u00e9e se d\u00e9clenche en milieu de cycle, l'op\u00e9rateur doit enregistrer les relev\u00e9s, la partie du processus o\u00f9 l'alarme s'est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e et laisser le cycle se d\u00e9rouler jusqu'\u00e0 son terme, suivi d'une inspection minutieuse des pi\u00e8ces et de la zone chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Une alarme du capteur de point de ros\u00e9e signifie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu'il est temps de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un test de bulles d'air sur les raccords\", a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 M.
