Veillez \u00e0 effectuer ces r\u00e9parations imm\u00e9diatement\". Il est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9, lorsqu'une telle situation se pr\u00e9sente, de revoir les protocoles de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement et de s'assurer que les appareils sont charg\u00e9s comme pr\u00e9vu afin d'\u00e9viter la chute de pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, \"recherchez une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de l'isolation. Dans notre atelier de Cherry Valley, nous disposons d'une conduite d'air comprim\u00e9 munie d'une vanne \u00e0 bille et d'une buse en forme de J qui pousse les d\u00e9bris vers l'avant de la chambre et vers l'ext\u00e9rieur\", explique Lawrence. Dahm insiste sur l'importance des meilleures pratiques de base pour les op\u00e9rateurs. \"La meilleure chose que l'on puisse faire pour un four, c'est de le faire fonctionner - nous recommandons au minimum d'en faire fonctionner un par semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un moyen important de maintenir une zone chaude propre est d'emp\u00eacher l'eau d'entrer dans le four. Il est important de fermer et de pomper le four pendant les p\u00e9riodes d'inactivit\u00e9, afin d'emp\u00eacher l'humidit\u00e9 atmosph\u00e9rique ou la condensation de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre l'humidit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9gazage, il est possible qu'un four visuellement propre ne le soit pas autant qu'il en a l'air. \"Les fluides tels que l'eau et l'huile qui s'infiltrent dans l'isolation peuvent provoquer l'\u00e9rosion de l'isolation ou la contamination des pi\u00e8ces trait\u00e9es\", explique Lawrence. \"V\u00e9rifier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le niveau d'huile de vos pompes est un bon moyen de voir s'il y a des signes de fuite ou de d\u00e9gazage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le de l'huile peut r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des fuites lentes, un exc\u00e8s d'huile entrant dans la chambre ou une contamination par la vapeur d'eau si l'huile semble laiteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Nous recommandons \u00e9galement de changer l'huile tous les trois mois. Les instructions et les recommandations concernant le moment et la mani\u00e8re de remplacer l'huile des syst\u00e8mes de pompage figurent dans le manuel d'entretien\", sugg\u00e8re M. Dahm. \"Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de s'en tenir au minimum aux directives g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"M\u00eame si vous commencez par suivre les directives g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du manuel, il est important d'adapter le calendrier d'entretien de votre four \u00e0 votre utilisation et \u00e0 vos circonstances particuli\u00e8res\", ajoute M. Lawrence. \"Par exemple, dans les environnements \u00e0 forte humidit\u00e9, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d'effectuer un br\u00fblage plus d'une fois par semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le nettoyage de printemps peut aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les probl\u00e8mes cach\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Dahm souligne que \"si, au cours de votre inspection visuelle, vous remarquez une grosse tache noire sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment, ou une d\u00e9coloration par la suie ou le carbone sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en graphite, c'est le bon moment pour v\u00e9rifier si l'une des connexions n'est pas desserr\u00e9e\". Les connexions peuvent \u00eatre desserr\u00e9es par les courants de vent g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s lorsqu'un four est pomp\u00e9 sous vide ou lorsque le gaz de trempe est pomp\u00e9 dans la cuve. \"Serrer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments peut prendre 15 minutes, mais cela peut faire une r\u00e9elle diff\u00e9rence dans la dur\u00e9e de vie de votre four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>En outre, l'utilisation d'un multim\u00e8tre pour v\u00e9rifier la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la terre peut aider les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter les arcs \u00e9lectriques dans la chambre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la terre de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment doit \u00eatre constante d'une semaine \u00e0 l'autre. Chaque trimestre ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nettoyage de printemps est l'occasion id\u00e9ale de rappeler \u00e0 tous, propri\u00e9taires, op\u00e9rateurs et personnel d'entretien, qu'une petite dose de pr\u00e9vention est bien moins co\u00fbteuse que des r\u00e9parations fr\u00e9quentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Rep\u00e9rer des probl\u00e8mes, m\u00eame mineurs, avant qu'ils ne prennent de l'ampleur peut faire la diff\u00e9rence entre une heure d'arr\u00eat occasionnelle et des jours, voire de l'argent, \u00e0 attendre une pi\u00e8ce de rechange ou une nouvelle zone chaude\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Ne vous pr\u00e9cipitez pas pour effectuer des r\u00e9parations et ne passez pas votre liste de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 la h\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait de ne pas effectuer de burn-out, d'ignorer les signes de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration et de laisser des d\u00e9bris dans la zone chaude peut co\u00fbter cher aux op\u00e9rateurs en termes de perte d'uniformit\u00e9 et de fonctionnalit\u00e9, d'augmentation du temps de traitement et de r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e de vie de la zone chaude. La r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes mineurs, comme le serrage d'un \u00e9crou, peut r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au remplacement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et des zones chaudes au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"La r\u00e9duction du temps d'inspection entra\u00eene toujours une augmentation des temps d'arr\u00eat\", conclut M.
