Le feutre de graphite \u00e0 1150 \u00b0C a une conductivit\u00e9 thermique de 0,14 W\/mK. Par cons\u00e9quent, le feutre graphite a 0,11 W\/mK de moins que le carton graphite, soit 44% de perte de chaleur en moins en raison de la r\u00e9duction de la conductivit\u00e9 thermique.<br><br><em>(W\/mK, ou watts par m\u00e8tre Kelvin, est l'unit\u00e9 qui mesure le taux de transfert de chaleur \u00e0 travers un mat\u00e9riau)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, les sections d'isolation des fours Ipsen contenaient souvent des panneaux de graphite de 1\" et deux sections de \u00bd\" de feutre de graphite entre la face chaude et le plenum. Une fine couche de feuille de graphite prot\u00e9geait la face chaude. La feuille et le panneau de graphite constituaient ensemble une couche rigide con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9sister aux dommages caus\u00e9s par les petites pi\u00e8ces qui tombent dans la zone chaude pendant le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous regardez un nouveau four sous vide Ipsen, vous remarquerez que nos normes ont chang\u00e9. Les fours Ipsen d'aujourd'hui sont propos\u00e9s avec quatre couches de feutre graphite de \u00bd\" derri\u00e8re une fine couche de feuille de carbone-carbone pour la face chaude. Un bouclier en carbone-carbone peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 sur le bord avant de la zone chaude pour pr\u00e9venir les dommages caus\u00e9s par l'\u00e9rosion \u00e9olienne dans certains fours Ipsen, si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exploitants de fours qui cherchent \u00e0 remplacer leur zone chaude sont souvent encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 opter pour un ensemble d'isolation de zone chaude enti\u00e8rement en feutre, bien qu'une zone chaude en carton et en feutre puisse \u00eatre fournie \u00e0 la demande d'un client. De nombreux utilisateurs ont demand\u00e9 : pourquoi faire ce changement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arguments en faveur d'une isolation tout feutre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'isolation thermique fonctionne mieux lorsque la densit\u00e9 est moindre - les isolants de faible densit\u00e9 sont plus efficaces pour limiter le transfert d'\u00e9nergie thermique que les mat\u00e9riaux de densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Bien que les panneaux de graphite soient con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre poreux, les interstices plus importants dans le mat\u00e9riau en tissu du feutre de graphite r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement le transfert d'\u00e9nergie thermique par conduction. Ainsi, le feutre permet \u00e0 moins de flux de chaleur d'atteindre le plenum et la paroi froide de la chambre, les prot\u00e9geant ainsi plus efficacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et la diff\u00e9rence est significative. En comparant l'utilisation d'une combinaison de carton et de feutre \u00e0 celle d'une solution enti\u00e8rement en feutre, nos ing\u00e9nieurs ont observ\u00e9 qu'il y a approximativement un <strong>10% augmentation globale de la perte de chaleur pour une isolation de 1\" de feutre et de 1\" de panneau<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 une installation similaire utilisant exclusivement 2\" de feutre graphite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-7e20016ec149850248d6fbfbbfb6eb9c\">La diff\u00e9rence globale de 10% dans la perte de chaleur se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la perte totale de chaleur \u00e0 travers toute la zone chaude. L'am\u00e9lioration de l'isolation thermique de 44% apport\u00e9e par l'isolation tout feutre fait une grande diff\u00e9rence dans la perte de chaleur, mais ne dit pas tout.<br><br>La perte de chaleur est due \u00e0 deux facteurs : 1) la conduction de la chaleur \u00e0 travers l'isolation et 2) la conduction de la chaleur le long des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations (supports d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments, buses de refroidissement, poteaux de foyer) \u00e0 travers l'isolation. En gros, la perte de chaleur \u00e0 travers l'isolation repr\u00e9sente environ 60% de la perte de chaleur totale, et la perte de chaleur le long des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations repr\u00e9sente les 40% restants.<br><br>N'oubliez pas non plus que la nouvelle norme ne remplace qu'un pouce d'isolant en panneaux par du feutre, quelle que soit son \u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Le feutre graphite a \u00e9galement une \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 suffisante pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la dilatation thermique et s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 plus facile \u00e0 entretenir. Le remplacement du feutre peut \u00eatre aussi simple que de retirer la face chaude en fibre de carbone, de d\u00e9couper le feutre endommag\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'une paire de ciseaux ou d'un couteau d'atelier, et de remplacer la section par un nouveau morceau de feutre coup\u00e9 \u00e0 la bonne taille. Il est \u00e9galement plus facile de man\u0153uvrer le feutre autour des points de montage et des buses. Un outil de coupe manuel permet d'effectuer des coupes pr\u00e9cises autour des points d'entr\u00e9e lors de l'installation. Un rouleau de feutre graphit\u00e9 conserv\u00e9 \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour les r\u00e9parations d'urgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dilatation et la contraction thermiques peuvent occasionnellement provoquer des fissures dans certaines sections des panneaux en graphite. Avec le temps, ces fissures peuvent s'agrandir au point de n\u00e9cessiter le remplacement du panneau. Le panneau de graphite \u00e9tant un mat\u00e9riau plus rigide et plus dense, il doit \u00eatre soigneusement usin\u00e9 pour correspondre \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce qu'il remplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fibres tiss\u00e9es dans la feuille de carbone-carbone la rendent beaucoup plus r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure et \u00e0 la fragilit\u00e9 que le foil, tandis que la compressibilit\u00e9 du feutre permet de mieux absorber le choc de la chute des pi\u00e8ces et de les faire rebondir. Les planches sont \u00e9galement plus sensibles \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion \u00e9olienne dans les fissures et les trous, ce qui a un effet n\u00e9gatif sur la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de la
