Lorsque de l'eau et de l'huile sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es dans une pompe, de petites bulles d'eau en suspension dans l'huile peuvent cr\u00e9er une mousse sous l'effet de l'agitation. Dans ce cas, l'apparence de l'huile peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle d'un caf\u00e9 auquel on aurait ajout\u00e9 du lait ou de la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'eau peut r\u00e9duire la viscosit\u00e9 de l'huile, ce qui augmente l'usure et introduit un risque de rouille. Voici quelques points communs que vous pouvez v\u00e9rifier pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me ou pour trouver des preuves de l'endroit o\u00f9 l'eau s'est infiltr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un four relativement neuf ou r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9plac\u00e9, si une zone chaude a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9e \u00e0 l'eau ou \u00e0 une humidit\u00e9 excessive pendant le transport, cela peut entra\u00eener une augmentation temporaire de l'infiltration d'eau dans l'huile de la pompe. Une vidange d'huile suivie d'un cycle de combustion peut souvent r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous n'avez pas effectu\u00e9 de vidange depuis plus de six mois, il est probablement temps de remplacer votre huile. Le manuel d'utilisation de chaque appareil de chauffage contient des recommandations pour l'entretien r\u00e9gulier, et les vidanges p\u00e9riodiques de vos pompes font partie de ces recommandations. Lisez votre manuel et assurez-vous de suivre les instructions relatives aux vidanges r\u00e9guli\u00e8res dans le cadre de votre programme d'entretien. Une fois l'huile remplac\u00e9e, veillez \u00e0 en contr\u00f4ler la qualit\u00e9 quotidiennement au cours de la semaine suivante, puis deux fois par semaine au cours du premier mois, afin de v\u00e9rifier s'il y a d'autres signes d'infiltration d'eau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces deux premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes permettent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes les plus courants, mais si vous constatez toujours la pr\u00e9sence d'eau dans l'huile apr\u00e8s une vidange, les \u00e9tapes suivantes peuvent vous aider \u00e0 identifier l'origine des probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La pompe ou le four se trouvent-ils dans un environnement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e ? Une pompe que l'on laisse geler \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 peut subir une contraction ou une expansion thermique qui peut fissurer la fonte de la pompe. Un essai de pression sur les circuits d'eau peut vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir ce type de fuite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il arrive que des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de moulage au sable moins efficaces aient \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque sur des pompes tr\u00e8s anciennes. Dans ce cas, des probl\u00e8mes de moulage tels que des fissures peuvent appara\u00eetre des ann\u00e9es plus tard. Si vous utilisez un four dont les pompes sont anciennes, m\u00eame s'il se trouve dans une zone \u00e0 environnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9, v\u00e9rifiez qu'il n'y a pas de fissure dans le moulage int\u00e9rieur de la pompe en testant les circuits d'eau sous pression.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De nombreuses pompes sont ventil\u00e9es \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent. Ces conduites d'a\u00e9ration doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par un capuchon de pluie. Si le capuchon est manquant ou cass\u00e9, l'eau peut s'infiltrer dans les conduites d'a\u00e9ration et remonter vers la pompe en cas de pluie. Veillez \u00e0 inspecter tous les endroits o\u00f9 les conduites de ventilation interagissent avec l'environnement pour vous assurer que les capuchons sont intacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les conduites de purge de certaines pompes sont n\u00e9cessaires pour les processus qui utilisent des gaz combustibles. Il peut arriver que quelqu'un ait branch\u00e9 par erreur de l'eau au mauvais port. Inspectez les conduites de purge et les raccordements d'eau pour vous assurer que tout est en place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous avez une zone chaude en carbone qui interagit p\u00e9riodiquement avec un environnement \u00e0 forte humidit\u00e9, ou s'il y a des signes d'une fuite de refroidissement \u00e0 l'eau \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du four, l'isolation en feutre peut absorber l'eau comme une \u00e9ponge. Inspectez le feutre pour v\u00e9rifier qu'il n'y a pas d'humidit\u00e9 et, s'il y en a beaucoup au fond du four, v\u00e9rifiez si le niveau d'eau est bas dans le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il peut y avoir un probl\u00e8me avec la vanne de r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau. Si la vanne n'est pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9e correctement (entre 140 \u00b0F et 160 \u00b0F) ou si elle est d\u00e9fectueuse, il se peut que la pompe recueille la vapeur d'eau au lieu de l'\u00e9vacuer. V\u00e9rifiez les r\u00e9glages et, si n\u00e9cessaire, inspectez et testez la soupape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous pensez toujours qu'il y a une fuite d'eau quelque part dans le four, voici un test rapide du syst\u00e8me que vous pouvez effectuer : vidangez la pompe, remplissez-la d'huile fra\u00eeche, puis faites fonctionner la pompe, mais n'\u00e9teignez PAS le four.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une fois ce test effectu\u00e9, vous pouvez r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question suivante : Y a-t-il des indications que l'huile neuve contient de l'eau ?&nbsp;<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si oui<\/strong>, Il y a une fuite d'eau dans la pompe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si non<\/strong>Il y a un probl\u00e8me avec la chaudi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce sont l\u00e0 quelques-unes des m\u00e9thodes les plus courantes utilis\u00e9es par les op\u00e9rateurs pour d\u00e9couvrir la source de l'eau dans l'huile de leur pompe. Si vous avez inspect\u00e9 votre four pour chacun de ces probl\u00e8mes potentiels et que vous n'arrivez toujours pas \u00e0 trouver la cause de l'infiltration d'eau dans votre pompe, prenez rendez-vous avec un ing\u00e9nieur de service sur le terrain d'Ipsen pour qu'il se rende sur place et diagnostique le probl\u00e8me.
