Il se peut que vous voyiez des pi\u00e8ces propres et brillantes sortir de votre four, m\u00eame si le taux de fuite sugg\u00e8re un probl\u00e8me. Examinons de plus pr\u00e8s ces deux sc\u00e9narios et quelques m\u00e9thodes pratiques pour identifier le probl\u00e8me avant de passer des heures \u00e0 diagnostiquer le mauvais probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pi\u00e8ces propres, taux de fuite suspect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'une des raisons les plus courantes pour lesquelles vous obtenez une pi\u00e8ce propre, malgr\u00e9 un taux de fuite plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pr\u00e9vu, peut \u00eatre un joint us\u00e9 dans l'une des soupapes de remplissage ou de pression partielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces types de fuites permettent au gaz inerte de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la chambre, de sorte qu'il n'y a pas d'interaction chimique entre le gaz qui fuit et les pi\u00e8ces. Cependant, une fuite lente de gaz inerte peut toujours causer des probl\u00e8mes au cours d'une recette qui n\u00e9cessite un faible vide. Par exemple, une fuite de gaz de traitement peut emp\u00eacher le four d'atteindre le niveau de vide n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9clencher la vanne principale de la pompe de diffusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meilleure fa\u00e7on de v\u00e9rifier cette th\u00e9orie est d'isoler l'alimentation en gaz en utilisant la vanne manuelle pour fermer les conduites de gaz du four, de mettre le four sous vide et de v\u00e9rifier s'il y a toujours une anomalie au niveau du taux de fuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le taux de fuite redevient normal lorsque toutes les vannes manuelles sont ferm\u00e9es, cela signifie probablement que du gaz s'\u00e9chappe de la vanne de remplissage ou du sol\u00e9no\u00efde de pression partielle, ce qui indique que la vanne doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme toujours, suivez les instructions du fabricant pour remplacer une vanne. Ne vous arr\u00eatez donc pas une fois que vous avez trouv\u00e9 une valve qui fuit - soyez minutieux et assurez-vous de d\u00e9tecter toutes les fuites lorsque vous testez l'ensemble du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9color\u00e9es, taux de fuite constant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9color\u00e9es sont le signe qu'un gaz ind\u00e9sirable, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l'air atmosph\u00e9rique, a p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans le four au cours du traitement. Mais comment cela peut-il se produire alors qu'il n'y a pas d'alerte \u00e0 une augmentation du taux de fuite ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse est souvent une fuite ou une incursion d'air dans votre r\u00e9servoir de gaz de traitement ou dans les conduites de service de gaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l'air peut parfois s'infiltrer dans le r\u00e9servoir ou les conduites lors d'un remplissage, ou en raison de la dilatation et de la contraction naturelles des conduites de service dues aux changements de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il peut sembler contre-intuitif que des conduites de gaz sous pression puissent laisser passer l'air ambiant, mais un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne physique, appel\u00e9 le <strong>Effet Venturi<\/strong> peut entra\u00eener l'aspiration de l'air atmosph\u00e9rique dans la conduite, ce qui d\u00e9place le gaz de traitement lorsqu'il s'\u00e9coule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de supposer que de l'air s'est infiltr\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9servoir de r\u00e9serve de gaz de traitement, assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de fuites le long des conduites de gaz de traitement \u00e0 l'aide d'un test de bulles.
