Lorsque cette jonction est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 la chaleur, elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re une petite tension, une r\u00e9ponse connue sous le nom d'effet Seebeck. La relation entre la temp\u00e9rature et cette tension de sortie est bien d\u00e9finie pour chaque type de thermocouple, ce qui permet aux commandes du four d'interpr\u00e9ter la temp\u00e9rature dans une plage sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que les thermocouples puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou tr\u00e8s basses, chaque type de thermocouple a sa propre plage de temp\u00e9rature utilisable et sa propre sensibilit\u00e9, en fonction des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/vacuum-furnaces\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"3431\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four \u00e0 vide<\/a>, Certains thermocouples sont utilis\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiquement pour fournir des informations aux commandes de temp\u00e9rature, informations qui indiquent quand les \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent \u00eatre activ\u00e9s ou d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s au cours d'un processus. Les cat\u00e9gories de thermocouples les plus fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9es ici sont les suivantes <strong>type S, R, <\/strong>ou <strong>B<\/strong>. <em>(Voir graphique)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un exemple, un fil de platine-rhodium s'\u00e9tend depuis le <strong>connecteur terminal<\/strong> par le biais d'un <strong>Tube en Inconel<\/strong> \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du four, puis \u00e0 travers un int\u00e9rieur <strong>manchon en c\u00e9ramique <\/strong>qui appara\u00eet \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du four. <em>(Voir photos)<\/em> Le thermocouple se monte \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du four, \u00e0 l'aide d'un raccord qui permet de r\u00e9gler la profondeur. La profondeur d'insertion du thermocouple de contr\u00f4le doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cise et mesur\u00e9e, car il contr\u00f4le la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement du four. Ils sont suffisamment sensibles pour mesurer avec une pr\u00e9cision de z\u00e9ro \u00e0 2 degr\u00e9s Fahrenheit, une plage sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e par les exigences du processus et les normes AMS 2750.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacun de ces thermocouples a une fonction sp\u00e9cifique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le thermocouple de contr\u00f4le renvoie des informations au PLC afin que les commandes puissent choisir d'augmenter la puissance des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et d'\u00e9lever la temp\u00e9rature, de r\u00e9duire la puissance des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et d'abaisser la temp\u00e9rature, ou de maintenir l'\u00e9tat actuel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les thermocouples de surchauffe assurent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du processus en d\u00e9clenchant une alarme au niveau des commandes du four si la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de celui-ci d\u00e9passe la temp\u00e9rature requise par la recette. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement servir de dispositif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 contre les temp\u00e9ratures maximales de l'\u00e9quipement afin d'\u00e9viter d'endommager les pi\u00e8ces et les composants du four, y compris la zone chaude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour garantir la pr\u00e9cision de chaque processus, ces deux sondes doivent fournir les m\u00eames informations. Dans certains fours, la pr\u00e9cision de la sensibilit\u00e9 des thermocouples de contr\u00f4le peut permettre d'obtenir un r\u00e9sultat d'\u00e9tude de l'uniformit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature de plus ou moins 5 degr\u00e9s F ou de plus ou moins 10 degr\u00e9s F dans une zone de travail donn\u00e9e, en fonction de la plage de fonctionnement du four \u00e0 vide et de la classe de qualification AMS. C'est incroyablement pr\u00e9cis dans des syst\u00e8mes pouvant fonctionner entre 1 000 et 2 500 degr\u00e9s F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme leurs embouts en c\u00e9ramique p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans la zone chaude o\u00f9 les pi\u00e8ces sont charg\u00e9es et d\u00e9charg\u00e9es, il est important d'avoir des thermocouples de rechange \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main. Il n'est pas rare que l'un de ces thermocouples soit \u00e9br\u00e9ch\u00e9 ou fissur\u00e9 si un lot n'est pas charg\u00e9 dans le four en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipsen recommande \u00e9galement de v\u00e9rifier la d\u00e9rive de pr\u00e9cision de temp\u00e9rature d'un thermocouple au moins une fois par an, et de remplacer le thermocouple si cette d\u00e9rive d\u00e9passe la certification du thermocouple. Un test de pr\u00e9cision du syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer l'\u00e9tat de la d\u00e9rive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thermocouples de travail et de mesure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les thermocouples de travail et de mesure se pr\u00e9sentent souvent sous forme de bobines de fil ou d'assemblages \u00e0 plusieurs conducteurs. Ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d'alliages contenant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le nickel, le chrome, le silicium, l'aluminium ou le magn\u00e9sium. Cela permet aux op\u00e9rateurs de contr\u00f4ler l'uniformit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature dans diff\u00e9rentes zones et dans diff\u00e9rentes parties de leur charge de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les thermocouples de contr\u00f4le sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s pour les syst\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 internes et externes, les diagnostics et les essais. Un dispositif traditionnel de contr\u00f4le de l'uniformit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature comporte neuf points qui sont surveill\u00e9s afin de s'assurer que le four diffuse la chaleur de mani\u00e8re uniforme dans toute la zone de travail. Deux thermocouples suppl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier que les thermocouples de contr\u00f4le et de surchauffe indiquent des valeurs coh\u00e9rentes. Le thermocouple restant sert de r\u00e9serve que les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent utiliser pour surveiller un emplacement sp\u00e9cifique dans la zone chaude ou un emplacement sp\u00e9cifique dans l'installation o\u00f9 la densit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les thermocouples de travail peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pendant un cycle de production pour tester et v\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9cision d'un processus. Fix\u00e9s \u00e0 des fixations de pi\u00e8ces, \u00e0 des sections transversales de pi\u00e8ces ou ins\u00e9r\u00e9s dans une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe, les thermocouples de travail peuvent rendre compte de l'efficacit\u00e9 d'un processus, aidant ainsi les utilisateurs finaux \u00e0 concevoir de meilleures recettes afin d'optimiser les r\u00e9sultats du traitement thermique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que les zones de travail s'\u00e9tendent, la possibilit\u00e9 d'augmenter le nombre de thermocouples par lots de douze rend les tests plus pr\u00e9cis dans la zone chaude. Chaque grille peut repr\u00e9senter une section sp\u00e9cifique de la zone chaude, ce qui facilite les diagnostics et les tests dans un syst\u00e8me plus grand o\u00f9 l'uniformit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre plus difficile \u00e0 obtenir. Les normes AMS 2750 dictent le nombre de thermocouples requis en fonction du volume en pieds cubes de la zone chaude et du groupe d'instruments particulier auquel vous \u00eates abonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consid\u00e9rations finales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe une large gamme de thermocouples sur le march\u00e9, chacun \u00e9tant destin\u00e9 \u00e0 mesurer la temp\u00e9rature dans divers environnements.
