Les techniciens de maintenance utilisent <em>DigiTrim<\/em>, Le four est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature qui permet d'ajuster la quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9nergie fournie \u00e0 chaque zone, afin d'atteindre des objectifs de temp\u00e9rature uniformes dans l'ensemble du four. Ces objectifs sont choisis pour s'aligner sur les recettes fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9es ou sur les exigences de l'industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que les temp\u00e9ratures cibles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es et que le four a atteint et maintenu cette temp\u00e9rature, les thermocouples TUS vous indiquent les zones de votre four qui fonctionnent \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou plus basses que pr\u00e9vu. Les techniciens utilisent ces informations pour r\u00e9duire un pourcentage de l'\u00e9nergie destin\u00e9e aux parties les plus chaudes de la chambre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En maintenant la zone la plus froide \u00e0 100 %, les techniciens de maintenance ajustent les autres zones signalant des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es jusqu'\u00e0 ce que chaque zone du four r\u00e9ponde aux normes d'uniformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que toutes les zones sont conformes aux normes d'uniformit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature cible, demandez au four de s'ajuster \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature cible suivante.
