Ces mat\u00e9riaux doivent avoir une cote \u00e9lev\u00e9e sur l'\u00e9chelle de duret\u00e9 Rockwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trempe<\/strong>, Le traitement thermique est l'\u00e9tape cruciale qui fait passer les mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques de la mall\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et de l'usinabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La trempe par traitement thermique consiste \u00e0 appliquer \u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce m\u00e9tallique une chaleur suffisante pour en transformer la structure interne. <strong>structure du r\u00e9seau cristallin<\/strong> <em>(voir encadr\u00e9), <\/em>ce qui le rend plus r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments perturbent l'uniformit\u00e9 d'un r\u00e9seau cristallin, ce qui peut modifier la forme d'une ligne ou d'un plan plat dans un mat\u00e9riau uniforme en quelque chose de plus irr\u00e9gulier.<sup>3<\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sont utilis\u00e9s le plus souvent avec des m\u00e9taux ferriques tels que l'acier. La c\u00e9mentation, la nitruration et la carbonitruration sont les versions les plus courantes de la c\u00e9mentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart du temps, la c\u00e9mentation a lieu dans <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/atmosphere-furnaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fours \u00e0 atmosph\u00e8re<\/a>, comme un <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/knowledge-center\/ipsen-atlas-green-german-innovation-award-winner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ipsen Atlas<\/a> four. Les pi\u00e8ces entrent dans le four et sont chauff\u00e9es \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature o\u00f9 le gaz de traitement peut diffuser des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le carbone, l'azote, ou les deux, dans le m\u00e9tal de surface des pi\u00e8ces. Pour ce faire, des gaz de traitement tels que l'ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne, l'ammoniac, le dioxyde de carbone ou le monoxyde de carbone sont introduits dans le syst\u00e8me. Parfois, de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est introduit pour \u00e9liminer les oxydes de surface afin d'obtenir une liaison plus efficace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, la c\u00e9mentation n\u00e9cessite l'utilisation d'un <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/vacuum-furnaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four \u00e0 vide<\/a>. Parmi les exemples, on peut citer les pi\u00e8ces qui exigent une grande propret\u00e9, une duret\u00e9 de c\u00e9mentation uniforme ou des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes. Ce processus de trempe doit \u00eatre suffisamment rapide pour \u00e9viter la formation d'autres structures cristallines, telles que la ferrite, la perlite et la bainite.<sup>4<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La trempe peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois dans des fours sous vide et dans des fours \u00e0 atmosph\u00e8re, bien que seuls les alliages \u00e0 forte teneur en \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage puissent \u00eatre tremp\u00e9s sous vide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La trempe peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'une solution de trempe liquide, telle que de l'huile, du sel ou de l'eau, ou \u00e0 l'aide d'un gaz non r\u00e9actif circulant \u00e0 haute pression, tel que l'argon ou l'azote. Bien que certains fours \u00e0 vide, tels que le <strong>Ipsen LOG<\/strong> <strong>Fourneau<\/strong><sup>5<\/sup>, La plupart des fours \u00e0 vide n'utilisent que du gaz sous pression pour la trempe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/knowledge-center\/choosing-an-internal-or-external-quench-vacuum-furnace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fours sous vide \u00e0 trempe gazeuse<\/a> sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement class\u00e9s en fonction de leur capacit\u00e9 de pression. La plupart des fours Ipsen peuvent fournir une pression de trempe de 2 \u00e0 20 bars. \u00c0 titre indicatif, tripler la pression peut r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le temps de trempe ; le gaz a plus de mol\u00e9cules pour absorber la chaleur des pi\u00e8ces et de la chambre. Les m\u00e9taux trop durs, en particulier ceux dont la section transversale est fine, peuvent devenir cassants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est pourquoi de nombreux processus de trempe n\u00e9cessitent un traitement secondaire. <strong>trempe<\/strong> processus. Le revenu permet de chauffer les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures sous-critiques, puis d'appliquer un processus de trempe plus lent.
