Avant d'aborder le chauffage par convection, il est important de comprendre le type de chauffage le plus couramment utilis\u00e9 dans les fours \u00e0 vide : le chauffage par rayonnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce que le chauffage par rayonnement ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le chauffage par rayonnement est le plus courant dans les fours \u00e0 vide. Ce type de chauffage ne repose pas sur un contact direct entre la source de chaleur (\u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants) et les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 chauffer. Au lieu de cela, il chauffe tout ce qui se trouve sur son passage (comme le soleil chauffe la terre) et les effets sont ressentis sans toucher la source de chaleur. Les pi\u00e8ces situ\u00e9es \u00e0 l'ombre re\u00e7oivent la chaleur des pi\u00e8ces environnantes, qui deviennent chaudes et r\u00e9\u00e9mettent la chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce que le chauffage par convection ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le chauffage par convection utilise du gaz (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l'azote ou de l'argon) et un ventilateur pour faire circuler la chaleur vers toutes les pi\u00e8ces de la charge. Le gaz inerte est introduit dans le four sous une pression partielle ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement positive (1 \u00e0 2 bars). Un ventilateur ou un jet d'air puls\u00e9 fait circuler le gaz chaud dans toute la charge pendant le chauffage. La circulation du gaz chaud augmente le transfert de chaleur vers les pi\u00e8ces, y compris les zones \"cach\u00e9es\" dans les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe.
