Le reflux se produit lorsque le fluide de pompage s'\u00e9coule dans la direction oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 celle souhait\u00e9e. Le fluide de pompage p\u00e9n\u00e8tre alors dans la chambre du four \u00e0 vide au lieu de retourner dans le sens souhait\u00e9 \u00e0 la base de la pompe o\u00f9 il est recircul\u00e9. Lorsque la pression dans la chambre continue d'augmenter (apr\u00e8s le croisement), le fluide qui est encore en transition a plus de chances d'\u00eatre aspir\u00e9 dans la cuve par la diff\u00e9rence de pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les probl\u00e8mes que le backstreaming peut causer ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le reflux peut entra\u00eener la contamination de la zone chaude ou des pi\u00e8ces. L'huile peut \u00e9galement p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les mat\u00e9riaux de brasage, ce qui entra\u00eene un mauvais brasage et une mauvaise liaison. Le reflux peut \u00e9galement affecter l'ensemble du syst\u00e8me de pompage, et pas seulement les pompes elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont les causes possibles du backstreaming ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passage anormal dans le vide pouss\u00e9 - le passage normal est de 80 microns ou moins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fonctionnement au-dessus d'un micron pendant des p\u00e9riodes prolong\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niveau d'huile bas ou \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pompe de diffusion surchauff\u00e9e - la temp\u00e9rature id\u00e9ale de l'eau doit \u00eatre de 16 \u00e0 27 \u00b0C (60 \u00e0 80 \u00b0F) ; la temp\u00e9rature maximale de l'eau \u00e0 la sortie est de 52 \u00b0C (125 \u00b0F). Les causes de surchauffe sont les suivantes\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9bit d'eau faible ou nul<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'eau d'entr\u00e9e est trop chaude (plus de 90 \u00b0F \/ 32 \u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fuites dans le circuit de la pompe de diffusion ou de la pompe de maintien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faible apport de chaleur \u00e0 la pompe de diffusion, caus\u00e9 par :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chauffages d\u00e9fectueux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusible grill\u00e9 ou fils d\u00e9connect\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trop d'huile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantit\u00e9 excessive d'eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temp\u00e9rature de l'eau trop basse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chauffages de remplacement incorrects ou mal c\u00e2bl\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thermocouple de la pompe \u00e0 diffusion expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air froid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplissage de la chambre avant la fermeture compl\u00e8te de la vanne principale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pompe de refoulement en mauvais \u00e9tat ou sous-dimensionn\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changer le fabricant du liquide de pompage utilis\u00e9. Cela peut affecter la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement, la rendant trop chaude ou trop froide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> N'utilisez pas de fils ou de cosses en cuivre pour raccorder les appareils de chauffage, car ils s'oxyderont et tomberont en panne.
