Utiliser du magn\u00e9sium<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser le magn\u00e9sium comme additif au m\u00e9tal d'apport et\/ou au m\u00e9tal de base des pi\u00e8ces pour les raisons suivantes :<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le magn\u00e9sium commence \u00e0 se vaporiser \u00e0 environ 570 \u00b0C (1 058 \u00b0F) et agit alors comme un \"r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur\" d'oxyg\u00e8ne et de vapeur d'eau, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la puret\u00e9 du vide de brasage.<\/li><li>Le magn\u00e9sium r\u00e9duit l'oxyde d'alumine pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium afin de favoriser un mouillage acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 et uniforme des surfaces de joint.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9actions suivantes se produisent au cours du processus de brasage sous vide :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + H2O \u2192 MgO +H2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + O2 \u2192 2 MgO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3Mg + Al2O3 \u2192 3MgO + 2Al<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + N2 \u2192 Mg3N2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vaporisation du magn\u00e9sium dans un environnement sous vide, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de \"mag burst\", produit un d\u00e9gazage important pendant une courte p\u00e9riode. Cependant, plus la vitesse de chauffage est lente, plus le taux de vaporisation du magn\u00e9sium est faible. En raison de cette charge gazeuse, les pompes \u00e0 vide doivent \u00eatre suffisamment dimensionn\u00e9es pour maintenir un bon vide de fonctionnement (10<sup>-4<\/sup> \u00e0 10<sup>-5<\/sup> Torr).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Maintenir l'uniformit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre le niveau de vide pouss\u00e9, un contr\u00f4le et une uniformit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis de la temp\u00e9rature sont \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir une brasure r\u00e9ussie. Une uniformit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature acceptable au cours d'un cycle de brasage est de \u00b15 \u00b0F (3 \u00b0C) par rapport au point de consigne. Le brasage de l'aluminium pr\u00e9sente une fen\u00eatre tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite de temp\u00e9ratures de brasage acceptables, car le m\u00e9tal d'apport doit se liqu\u00e9fier avant que le m\u00e9tal de base n'atteigne sa temp\u00e9rature de solidit\u00e9. Cette diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature peut \u00eatre aussi faible que \u00b110-18 \u00b0F (6-10 \u00b0C).<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser une \u00e9tape de chauffage \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de trempe juste en dessous du point de solidit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal d'apport pour s'assurer que toutes les pi\u00e8ces et tous les joints \u00e0 braser atteignent la bonne temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s en m\u00eame temps. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, la rampe vers la temp\u00e9rature de brasage doit commencer pour que le m\u00e9tal d'apport commence \u00e0 fondre et que le mouillage capillaire des joints de brasage se produise.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de brasage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duit au minimum car le m\u00e9tal d'apport fondu se vaporise dans le vide profond et tente de mouiller les joints de brasage.
