En fonction du processus de traitement thermique, de l'entretien du four et de son utilisation, le remplacement de la zone chaude peut varier de moins de cinq ans \u00e0 plus de huit ans. Ce d\u00e9lai peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 estimer, mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>Le client peut d\u00e9sormais s'appuyer sur des donn\u00e9es pour planifier le remplacement d'une zone chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> calcule la perte de chaleur \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature donn\u00e9e, typiquement pendant un cycle de combustion \u00e0 2200 \u00b0F. En fonction de la valeur de la perte de chaleur calcul\u00e9e, PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> indique une condition verte, jaune ou rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">R\u00e9cemment, PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> a envoy\u00e9 une notification \u00e0 un client pour une condition jaune, ce qui signifie qu'il y a une d\u00e9gradation de l'isolation de la zone chaude. Cette notification est envoy\u00e9e avant que la situation ne s'aggrave, ce qui pourrait entra\u00eener une consommation d'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lev\u00e9e et\/ou une augmentation de la dur\u00e9e du cycle. Elle donne au client suffisamment de temps pour planifier et fournit des donn\u00e9es tangibles au responsable de la maintenance pour justifier les d\u00e9penses d'investissement.
