Vous trouverez ci-dessous les \u00e9tapes recommand\u00e9es et les conseils \u00e0 suivre pour mener \u00e0 bien le processus d'enl\u00e8vement*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*<strong>Remarque : <\/strong>Ces \u00e9tapes sont sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 certains types de fours tels que le TurboTreater d'Ipsen.<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, TITAN<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> et les mod\u00e8les horizontaux standard. Quels que soient votre zone chaude et votre mod\u00e8le de four, nous vous recommandons de consulter le manuel de votre four ou un expert du service client\u00e8le avant d'entamer le processus d'enl\u00e8vement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Placez le four dans un \u00e9tat s\u00fbr.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mettre hors tension les disjoncteurs du four principal et de la zone chaude.<\/li><li>Suivre les proc\u00e9dures standard de verrouillage\/tagout (LOTO).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Retirer les thermocouples (TC).<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilisez du ruban adh\u00e9sif ou un marqueur pour marquer l'arbre du CT \u00e0 l'endroit o\u00f9 il p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le raccord \u00e0 vide ; cela vous permettra de positionner les CT \u00e0 la m\u00eame profondeur lorsqu'ils seront r\u00e9install\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" src=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Removing-TC-600x401-1.jpg\" alt=\"Removing thermocouple\" class=\"wp-image-3453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Removing-TC-600x401-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Removing-TC-600x401-1-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Removing-TC-600x401-1-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desserrer l'\u00e9crou du raccord juste assez pour pouvoir retirer les CT.<\/li><li>Retirer les CT et inspecter l'arbre pour v\u00e9rifier qu'il n'est pas cass\u00e9 ou pli\u00e9.<\/li><li>Stockez les CT dans un endroit s\u00fbr pour \u00e9viter de les endommager jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 les installer dans une nouvelle zone chaude.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Retirer le syst\u00e8me de support de charge.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Retirer tous les composants du syst\u00e8me (rails, capuchons, poteaux).<\/li><li>Si les poteaux du foyer sont r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s, il est conseill\u00e9 de noter l'emplacement de chacun d'entre eux dans le four afin de pouvoir les remettre dans leur position d'origine.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert :<\/strong> Veillez \u00e0 laisser les cales ins\u00e9r\u00e9es dans les douilles des poteaux de l'\u00e2tre pour les utiliser lors de l'installation du nouvel \u00e2tre.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Retirer les assemblages d'alimentation.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans la zone chaude, d\u00e9connectez les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants des barres d'alimentation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert : <\/strong>Les \u00e9crous en molybd\u00e8ne qui maintiennent les connecteurs des \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur les barres se casseront tr\u00e8s probablement lors du d\u00e9montage ; il est conseill\u00e9 de ne jamais r\u00e9utiliser le mat\u00e9riel en molybd\u00e8ne (des \u00e9crous et des tiges neufs sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fournis avec la nouvelle zone chaude).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Depuis l'ext\u00e9rieur du four, retirez les c\u00e2bles secondaires VRT\/SCR des travers\u00e9es d'alimentation. <ul><li>Inspecter tous les c\u00e2bles et les travers\u00e9es en cuivre pour d\u00e9tecter des signes d'arc \u00e9lectrique et\/ou des coupures dans l'isolation du c\u00e2ble. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert :<\/strong> Il est conseill\u00e9 de marquer l'emplacement de chaque c\u00e2ble avant de les retirer des travers\u00e9es d'alimentation ; cela permettra de s'assurer qu'ils sont r\u00e9install\u00e9s au m\u00eame endroit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D\u00e9boulonnez le bloc d'alimentation et \u00e9loignez-le du four.<\/li><li>D\u00e9connecter et jeter les barres de molybd\u00e8ne du bloc d'alimentation.<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. D\u00e9terminez le type de joint de zone chaude que vous avez - boulonn\u00e9 ou \u00e0 glissement - en vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rant au sch\u00e9ma d'assemblage du syst\u00e8me de gaz dans le manuel de votre four.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Un joint boulonn\u00e9, comme celui d'un ancien four TurboTreater, n\u00e9cessitera des \u00e9tapes suppl\u00e9mentaires, notamment le retrait du couvercle du moteur et le d\u00e9branchement des boulons reli\u00e9s \u00e0 la plaque de transition de la zone chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><u>Joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 zone chaude<\/u><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si vous avez une zone chaude en slip-seal, passez \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape 6.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><u>Zone chaude \u00e0 joint boulonn\u00e9<\/u><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D\u00e9brancher toutes les conduites d'alimentation en eau et de vidange du tube en cuivre p\u00e9n\u00e9trant dans le couvercle du moteur.<\/li><li>Retirer les raccords d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 vide des orifices du couvercle du moteur et les faire glisser hors du tube de cuivre. <ul><li>Ces raccords utilisent une virole en nylon ou en caoutchouc pour \u00e9viter les fuites de vide autour du tube en cuivre ; les viroles doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es lors du remontage du couvercle du moteur.<\/li><li>Redressez autant que possible tous les tuyaux en cuivre afin de pouvoir retirer facilement le couvercle. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Retirer les boulons du couvercle du moteur. <ul><li>Avant de retirer tous les boulons, soutenez le couvercle du moteur \u00e0 l'aide d'un pont roulant ou d'un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert :<\/strong> Lorsque les derniers boulons sont retir\u00e9s, \u00e9quilibrez le couvercle du moteur pour \u00e9viter qu'il ne se balance pendant qu'il est suspendu et \u00e9loign\u00e9 du four.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9loignez le couvercle du four, tout en veillant \u00e0 ne pas plier, tordre ou arracher les tubes de cuivre. Une pression trop forte sur les tubes pourrait provoquer une fuite dans les conduites.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert :<\/strong> Lorsque le couvercle du moteur est retir\u00e9, c'est \u00e9galement le moment de nettoyer le moteur et de programmer d'autres op\u00e9rations d'entretien de routine qui contribueront \u00e0 prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants du syst\u00e8me de refroidissement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Retirez les contre-\u00e9crous et les rondelles qui fixent l'arri\u00e8re de la zone chaude \u00e0 la plaque de transition. <ul><li>Utilisez une longue rallonge (48\") pour atteindre la plaque de transition. Les \u00e9crous sont \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s au m\u00eame niveau que la surface des pales du ventilateur et peuvent \u00eatre vus en regardant par l'arri\u00e8re du bo\u00eetier du moteur. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert : <\/strong>Veillez \u00e0 prendre en compte tous les \u00e9crous et toutes les rondelles. Les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es qui se trouvent \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du ventilateur lorsqu'il d\u00e9marre peuvent endommager gravement les serpentins de refroidissement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Retirez le bloc d'alimentation de la porte avant pour lib\u00e9rer de l'espace et \u00e9viter de l'endommager lors de l'enl\u00e8vement de la zone chaude.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Soutenir le cadre du bloc de t\u00eate \u00e0 l'aide d'un pont roulant ou d'un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur avant de retirer toutes les fixations. Soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer le bloc de t\u00eate lorsque les derni\u00e8res fixations sont retir\u00e9es et qu'il est \u00e9cart\u00e9 des supports.<\/li><li>Retirez les goupilles de verrouillage des fils et les \u00e9crous hexagonaux qui relient le bloc de t\u00eate \u00e0 la porte \u00e0 tous les endroits.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert :<\/strong> Notez la distance entre la bride et l'arri\u00e8re du bloc de t\u00eate pour vous assurer que le nouveau bloc est plac\u00e9 dans la m\u00eame position lorsqu'il est r\u00e9install\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Retirez la zone chaude du four.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le retrait de la zone chaude n\u00e9cessite un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur de 10 000 livres avec des extensions de fourches d'environ six pieds pour soutenir la zone chaude. <ul><li>Il est utile de disposer d'un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 fourche capable de se d\u00e9placer de gauche \u00e0 droite afin de faciliter le positionnement de la zone chaude en vue de son enl\u00e8vement. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Avant de soulever la zone chaude, tirez-la vers l'avant (vers l'ext\u00e9rieur de la porte) d'environ deux pouces, ce qui permet aux boulons de d\u00e9gager la plaque de transition (pour les zones chaudes \u00e0 joints boulonn\u00e9s).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Conseil d'expert :<\/strong> Soulevez la zone chaude d'environ un pouce et mettez-la de niveau pour vous assurer que le poids de la zone chaude est enti\u00e8rement support\u00e9 par le chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur. Cela permet d'\u00e9viter qu'elle ne bascule lorsqu'elle sort du four.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la zone chaude retir\u00e9e en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, nettoyez les parois internes de la chambre et remettez en place le presse-\u00e9toupe ducteur et l'ensemble du panneau de v\u00e9rin. Le four devrait alors \u00eatre pr\u00eat pour l'installation d'une nouvelle zone chaude.
