Une m\u00e9thode efficace pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/fr\/vacuum-furnaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">four \u00e0 vide<\/a> est de maintenir une zone chaude propre et exempte de contaminants. Vous trouverez ci-dessous un guide g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour l'ex\u00e9cution d'un cycle de nettoyage d'une zone chaude en graphite ou en m\u00e9tal :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.&nbsp;<em>Phase de rampe :<\/em><\/strong> Chauffer (rampe) le four lentement \u00e0 une vitesse de \u2264 20 \u00b0F (\u2264 11 \u00b0C) par minute jusqu'\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de nettoyage, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sup\u00e9rieure de 100 \u00b0F (56 \u00b0C) \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement maximale atteinte au cours d'un cycle de processus normal, mais ne doit pas d\u00e9passer la temp\u00e9rature maximale admissible du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Si la temp\u00e9rature maximale du cycle de traitement est &lt; 1 900 \u00b0F (1 038 \u00b0C), la temp\u00e9rature de nettoyage doit toujours \u00eatre \u2265 2 000 \u00b0F (1 093 \u00b0C).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. P<em>Pression artielle :<\/em><\/strong> Pendant la phase de rampe du programme, la pression partielle de l'azote ou de l'argon doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour maximiser le transfert de chaleur, ainsi que pour emp\u00eacher les contaminants du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'entrer dans la pompe de diffusion. L'avantage maximal est obtenu lorsque la pression du gaz est r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 (ou pr\u00e8s de) la pression partielle maximale autoris\u00e9e, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 1 000 et 2 000 microns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>3. Phase de trempage<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em> Une fois que le four a atteint le point de consigne (la temp\u00e9rature de nettoyage), maintenez la temp\u00e9rature et la pression partielle pendant 60 minutes. Ensuite, retirez l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement de pression partielle du processus et laissez le four pomper jusqu'\u00e0 son niveau de vide le plus bas possible. Une fois que le vide s'est stabilis\u00e9 \u00e0 son niveau le plus bas (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement atteint en cinq \u00e0 dix minutes), laissez le four tremper dans cette condition de vide pouss\u00e9, en maintenant la temp\u00e9rature, pendant 60 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>4. Mise hors tension de la phase :<\/em><\/strong> \u00c9teignez le chauffage et laissez le four refroidir sous vide (c'est-\u00e0-dire sans utiliser de gaz de remplissage ou de ventilateur) jusqu'\u00e0 &lt; 816 \u00b0C (1 500 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Si un calcul pr\u00e9cis du taux de fuite est souhait\u00e9, il doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode de \u2265 quatre heures, en commen\u00e7ant apr\u00e8s que les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es et que le four a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 refroidir sous vide \u00e0 \u2264 80 \u00b0F (27 \u00b0C) - ou \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature aussi proche que possible de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>5. Phase de refroidissement :<\/em><\/strong> Si un test d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 n'est pas effectu\u00e9, une fois que le four atteint <em>&lt; <\/em>1 500 \u00b0F (816 \u00b0C), il peut \u00eatre refroidi par ventilateur jusqu'\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.&nbsp;<em>Inspection finale :<\/em><\/strong> Ouvrez la porte. V\u00e9rifier visuellement la propret\u00e9 et l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants et de tous les composants de la zone chaude. V\u00e9rifier la r\u00e9sistance de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment par rapport \u00e0 la terre (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 87 \u03a9 \u00e0 110 \u03a9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autres consid\u00e9rations :<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La contamination des zones chaudes varie en fonction des mat\u00e9riaux, des processus de traitement thermique et des volumes de production. Il n'existe donc pas de cycle de nettoyage unique. Il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d'ajuster le processus ci-dessus en fonction de vos besoins particuliers. Les taux de rampe, la pression du gaz et les temps de trempage peuvent tous \u00eatre ajust\u00e9s dans les limites autoris\u00e9es afin d'obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats possibles. Il est important de toujours se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au manuel d'utilisation de votre four pour conna\u00eetre les sp\u00e9cifications exactes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous poss\u00e9dez un appareil de chauffage ancien ou qui n'est plus en production depuis un certain temps, tenez compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le four \u00e0 vide doit \u00eatre port\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et tremp\u00e9 suffisamment longtemps pour atteindre un \u00e9tat stable de perte de chaleur.
