Pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 correspondante, m\u00eame avec des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res relativement bon march\u00e9, les composants sont souvent soumis \u00e0 un traitement thermique industriel. En fonction de la quantit\u00e9 de composants \u00e0 traiter et de la flexibilit\u00e9 requise de l'installation, des fours \u00e0 fonctionnement continu ou \u00e0 charge discontinue sont utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fours \u00e0 fonctionnement continu conviennent \u00e0 la production de masse dans l'industrie automobile, par exemple. Les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 chargement par lots, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s fours \u00e0 chambre (unique), se distinguent par leur grande flexibilit\u00e9 : apr\u00e8s chaque lot, le programme et, par cons\u00e9quent, le composant \u00e0 traiter peuvent \u00eatre chang\u00e9s. Ces syst\u00e8mes sont donc tr\u00e8s populaires, par exemple, aupr\u00e8s des entreprises commerciales de traitement thermique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fours \u00e0 chambre utilis\u00e9s pour la trempe et la c\u00e9mentation (c\u00e9mentation suivie d'une trempe \u00e0 l'huile) sont compos\u00e9s d'une chambre de chauffe et d'un bain d'huile directement adjacent. En fonction de leur conception, on distingue deux groupes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fours bas\u00e9s sur le principe de la trempe \u00e0 c\u0153ur (fours TQ)<\/li><li>Fours bas\u00e9s sur le principe du retour par trempe (fours RTQ)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"541\" src=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-1024x541.jpg\" alt=\"TQ and RTQ chamber furnaces\" class=\"wp-image-3794\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-1024x541.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-768x406.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/ipsenglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Capture.jpg 1228w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les fours TQ, qui fonctionnent selon le principe de la trempe \u00e0 c\u0153ur, les composants \u00e0 traiter sont charg\u00e9s directement dans la chambre de chauffe, qui fonctionne \u00e0 plus de 750 \u00b0C, o\u00f9 ils sont chauff\u00e9s et, si n\u00e9cessaire, c\u00e9ment\u00e9s. Les pi\u00e8ces sont ensuite transport\u00e9es dans la chambre de trempe, o\u00f9 elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tremp\u00e9es dans un bain d'huile. Cela permet \u00e9galement de durcir la couche superficielle. Les composants sont ensuite retir\u00e9s du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les fours RTQ, qui fonctionnent selon le principe du retour par trempe, les composants \u00e0 traiter sont d'abord plac\u00e9s dans la chambre de trempe relativement froide (environ 120 \u00b0C \u00e0 140 \u00b0C) pendant quelques minutes. Ensuite, le lot est charg\u00e9 dans la chambre de chauffage, qui fonctionne au-dessus de 750 \u00b0C, o\u00f9 il est r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 et, si n\u00e9cessaire, c\u00e9ment\u00e9. Ensuite, les composants sont durcis dans la chambre de trempe, comme dans la TQ. Les composants sont ensuite retir\u00e9s du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si la taille des lots est identique, que le programme de traitement thermique est le m\u00eame dans les deux fours et que les r\u00e9sultats obtenus ne varient que tr\u00e8s peu, il existe certaines diff\u00e9rences dont il faut tenir compte lors du choix du syst\u00e8me de four appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espace et co\u00fbt n\u00e9cessaires :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le four TQ poss\u00e8de \u00e0 la fois une porte de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement, de sorte que des syst\u00e8mes de chargement appropri\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s devant et derri\u00e8re le four. Par cons\u00e9quent, ce type de four n\u00e9cessite plus d'espace que le four RTQ, qui fonctionne avec un seul syst\u00e8me combin\u00e9 de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement. En termes de co\u00fbt, les deux fours eux-m\u00eames ne diff\u00e8rent que de fa\u00e7on insignifiante ; cependant, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que deux syst\u00e8mes de chargement sont ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 un four RTQ, l'approvisionnement est initialement un peu plus cher. Toutefois, si une ligne comportant au moins trois fours TQ est utilis\u00e9e pour le traitement thermique, cet investissement est rapidement amorti et la m\u00e9thode TQ devient moins ch\u00e8re que la m\u00e9thode RTQ \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dur\u00e9e et d\u00e9bit du traitement :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le programme de traitement thermique dans la chambre de chauffe est identique dans les deux syst\u00e8mes de fours. La diff\u00e9rence se situe au niveau du temps de traitement : celui-ci est un peu plus long dans le four RTQ, car la charge est charg\u00e9e via la chambre de trempe et y reste pour une courte dur\u00e9e de rin\u00e7age (environ 15 \u00e0 20 minutes). Cela donne au four TQ un l\u00e9ger avantage en termes de d\u00e9bit, car le lot suivant peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre charg\u00e9 dans la chambre de chauffe alors que le lot pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent est encore en train de durcir dans le bain d'huile. Avec le syst\u00e8me RTQ, il est possible d'introduire un lot dans la chambre de trempe pendant que le lot pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent est encore dans le bain d'huile (ce que l'on appelle le double chargement). Mais cela n'est possible que si le temps de trempe dans le bain d'huile est nettement plus long que le temps de purge avant le chargement de la chambre de chauffe. Cela signifie que<br>avec des temps de trempe courts, le four doit d'abord \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9charg\u00e9 avant que le lot suivant puisse \u00eatre trait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entretien et contr\u00f4le :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le four TQ est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s performant sur ce point : au cours de la production normale, il est possible d'examiner la chambre de chauffe et la chambre de trempe pendant le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement, par exemple pour observer l'\u00e9tat de la ma\u00e7onnerie ou la pr\u00e9sence \u00e9ventuelle de suie. Avec un four RTQ, seule la chambre de trempe peut \u00eatre inspect\u00e9e pendant le fonctionnement ; l'inspection de la chambre de chauffe n'est possible que lorsque le four est hors production. Le four TQ est plus accessible pour la maintenance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses deux portes. Cependant, cela cr\u00e9e aussi un peu de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire car il faut surveiller et inspecter deux portes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats du traitement thermique et d\u00e9roulement du processus :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme mentionn\u00e9 au d\u00e9but, les r\u00e9sultats du traitement thermique ne varient pas de mani\u00e8re significative entre les fours TQ et RTQ. N\u00e9anmoins, quelques d\u00e9tails doivent \u00eatre mentionn\u00e9s : lors du chargement du four TQ, l'air entre directement dans la chambre de chauffe. Cela signifie que l'atmosph\u00e8re du four est perturb\u00e9e et ne se reconstitue qu'apr\u00e8s la fermeture de la porte. Dans le four RTQ, par contre, la charge reste d'abord dans la chambre de trempe pendant un court temps de purge. L'effet n\u00e9gatif de l'air qui a p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 y est compens\u00e9. Lors du chargement de la chambre de chauffe, plus aucun air ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la chambre de chauffe et l'atmosph\u00e8re du four est r\u00e9tablie plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de minimiser le temps d'\u00e9chauffement dans la chambre de chauffe, les lots sont souvent pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9s \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 350 \u00b0C \u00e0 450 \u00b0C. Dans ce cas, le temps de s\u00e9jour dans la chambre de trempe des fours RTQ serait plut\u00f4t pr\u00e9judiciable, car les lots perdent de la temp\u00e9rature pendant ce temps. Cela r\u00e9duit l'effet de pr\u00e9chauffage souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, on peut dire que les deux syst\u00e8mes de four sont performants dans diff\u00e9rents domaines et qu'il ne faut pas pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer un type \u00e0 l'autre. Si, par exemple, vous ne disposez que d'un espace limit\u00e9, un syst\u00e8me RTQ est probablement moins adapt\u00e9. Si le pr\u00e9chauffage est d'une importance cruciale pour vous, un four RTQ n'entre pas n\u00e9cessairement dans le concept.
