Pour les fours \u00e0 chambre polyvalents existants, les pertes de paroi dans la zone de la chambre de chauffe sont mises en \u00e9vidence, compte tenu des probl\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et climatiques actuels. Ipsen s'y est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 de plus pr\u00e8s. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'investissement dans l'isolation des fours \u00e0 chambres polyvalents existants en vaut la peine \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards : la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et donc aussi la pollution de l'environnement sont r\u00e9duites, et en m\u00eame temps la conversion peut faciliter la maintenance et conduire \u00e0 d'autres effets positifs. Dans la plupart des cas, l'investissement est rentabilis\u00e9 en quelques ann\u00e9es seulement, surtout s'il est subventionn\u00e9 par l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l'\u00e9conomie et du contr\u00f4le des exportations (BAFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l'\u00e9paisseur de l'isolation ne peut \u00eatre influenc\u00e9e dans les fours existants - contrairement aux nouveaux syst\u00e8mes - des mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9ciaux sont n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir une isolation r\u00e9ellement efficace. Les mat\u00e9riaux d'isolation microporeux pour l'isolation d'appoint sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s ici, avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'isolation thermique extr\u00eamement bonnes. Une autre cible importante est constitu\u00e9e par les in\u00e9vitables ponts thermiques. Sur la base d'une analyse thermographique, des mesures simples permettent d'obtenir des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9tonnants. Mais m\u00eame des transformations compl\u00e8tes ne sont pas taboues au vu de la situation actuelle - un conseil appropri\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9lera quelles mesures sont les plus judicieuses dans chaque cas individuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemple : Remplacement de la porte avant d'un four \u00e0 chambre polyvalent<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d'\u00e9nergie, faciliter l'entretien et, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, rendre le syst\u00e8me de portes plus \u00e9tanche, dans ce cas, la porte avant d'un four \u00e0 chambre polyvalent existant a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par le dernier mod\u00e8le de porte.
