Ipsen explique les avantages de SmartDrive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les moteurs \u00e9lectriques classiques utilis\u00e9s dans le domaine du traitement thermique sont souvent con\u00e7us de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir \u00eatre d\u00e9marr\u00e9s \u00e0 n'importe quelle temp\u00e9rature. Par exemple, le circulateur de gaz de traitement dans la chambre de chauffe du four aime d\u00e9marrer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. D\u00e8s que la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de 800\u00b0 C, par exemple, est atteinte, le moteur ne n\u00e9cessite alors qu'une fraction de sa puissance. Le principe SmartDrive met fin \u00e0 ce surdimensionnement moins efficace : Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9gulation automatique de la vitesse adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 du gaz, il est d\u00e9sormais possible d'utiliser des moteurs plus petits, dont le fonctionnement - et aussi la fabrication - consomme nettement moins d'\u00e9nergie. SmartDrive est donc une alternative plus rentable aux moteurs Dahlander bien connus, qui se caract\u00e9risent par leurs deux vitesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de fonctions de contr\u00f4le pratiques et de possibilit\u00e9s d'\u00e9conomies suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les variateurs de fr\u00e9quence modernes offrent \u00e9galement des fonctions de contr\u00f4le pratiques. Par exemple, la consommation \u00e9lectrique peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour v\u00e9rifier si le moteur fonctionne dans la plage de puissance pr\u00e9vue. Et gr\u00e2ce au variateur de fr\u00e9quence, le moteur est d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec une consommation d'\u00e9nergie r\u00e9duite et une charge m\u00e9canique moindre, ce qui augmente sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de ces avantages, SmartDrive offre d'autres petites possibilit\u00e9s d'\u00e9conomies qui s'additionnent lorsqu'elles sont mises en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente : Par exemple, l'arr\u00eat progressif de certains circulateurs d'huile ou la r\u00e9duction de la vitesse au minimum requis en mode veille de l'installation est possible sans cr\u00e9er de zones immobiles en permanence.
